For the ultimate sacifice playthrough, it's a direct substitution (though the game didnt do this).
If the WC is the HoF, then the title is HoF and all is well (this is what we've got now)
If the WC is not the HoF and the HoF is still alive, maybe that's when the WC needs to go into retirement/ heard the Calling and died/is a nice tidy encounter at Weisshaupt (assuming we're heading there next!)/ is a nice tidy wartable encounter? I assume this third case is what's caused BW trouble and why the WC isnt in the Keep?
I think there are ways to resolve the extra plot questions the third option creates. The benefits of including this character outweigh the costs imo. after all, in my (ultimate sacrifice) playthrough he was by far the highest lvl character, and he's head of the Ferelden wardens. I dont like that the game has nothing to say about him.
anyone else have some suggestions for BW here? I understand that the variables explode with BW games and they need to collapse them down and wrap things up. I see the need to have just one occupant of the HoF/WC slot. but I think there's a classy way to deal with the WC if he's running around the world with the HoF.
