Anyone playing Dragon Age Inquisition have this problem with the color/texture on your characters? Some of my characters pants change color or lose their texture in certain parts of the game. I never really noticed until I was on my way to Skyhold. Thought it was just my first playthrough, but I'm noticing it a lot more during my second playthrough.
Also, I've captured my magical changing color pants on video.

I hope this issue can be fixed with a patch or could it be my game disc?
Anybody have this problem with their game?

If I'm not mistaken, I think that's supposed to be dirt. When you walk around for some time, your boots and pants will change to a muddy color. I don't think that's a bug though, it's more like a feature, so I'm not sure if it will be fixed. There's a mod for that, if you use such things that is.

In the video, his pants start to change color from black to tan after he picks up some gold by the cart on fire.
I also found out other people have this problem as well on the Dragon Age Answer HQ

Wish I could use a mod to fix this, but alas I play on an Xbox one.
This is the first time I noticed it on my first playthrough. The third picture is just some clothes missing.

That is not a bug, it's supposed to be mud or dust on your clothing and boots. If you spend some time inside the haven Chantry building or inside Skyhold, it will slowly fade away and, the normal color of the items will return.
Yes it's not all that well done and, can appear to be a bug but, it's meant to add realism.
Now missing bits in the other pic is NOT supposed to happen. I'd need to have a look at your DXdiag and graphics settings to see if that is something on your end or just a one time glitch.

Well, I hope they get rid of it in the next patch or an option to turn it off like they did with the blood, because it stays on my character for a long time, even through cutscenes.
As for graphics settings, I play on an xbox one.

and thank you for pointing it out, i literally didn't notice.
I only noticed the blood and that it sometimes stays on a little long.
A similar thing that annoys me though is that the helmets are always removed in cutscenes (especialyl weird when you are in the middle of a battlefield) and that your char often wears their "at home" outfit in cutscenes.
For example when you wake up in haven after closing the first rift you will wear your "home dress" while talking to the elf in the cutscene, then you suddenly stand in the room in your armor.
But hey, i can live with that just fine, still not perfect though.
