What is the script that switches the mouse to constant free roaming mode and what sort of muse do you use?

I've not gotten very far at all and I intend to put it away for a long time.  The graphics are great.  I can't win a fight with a nug in this game though. I can't pause the combat,  The camera takes off on a color tour right when I need to watch my character.  Some "low Level" fade demon has an insta- kill beam.  That's about it.  I want to play MY character.  In EVERY fight, my character instantly dies.  I don't want to use the companions, I want to use MY character.  I reload and he dies.  I reload and he dies...  I still like dragon age, but I'll just play origins again.  It was fun.

ok, I started again with the premise that "I am the problem".  That did it.  This game simply has a serious learning curve.  Once I figured out how to take that silly tac cam off the mouse wheel, things became much better.

Has anyone had more DX errors since the latest patch?

 

The game for me seems compelled to crash during the 1st and 2nd time I go to the war table and open it up. Then it seems to have to crash in a cut-scene at some stage not long after I start playing but then it goes for hours afterwards without an issue???

Welcome to a crappy console port.

Crappy port was made by kiddies who have no understanding that a PC uses a keyboard and mouse as input device controls.

 

On the other hand, the game was developed on a PC for the next gen consoles., then downgraded to play on the old gen.
