No, no specialization, human language exist, Druffy should use it. Better yet a sticker on Druffy's forehead that says "Hello, I'm Druffy and I'm bi" in huge letters so nobody can miss it.

What do you want immersion or clarity? Do you want people come here and claim that Duffy is straight because there were voice file uncovered in the game? Do you?

That's why there is the need for stickers.  Inquisitor must have one too, nobody knows their sexuality and just because the Inquisitor is attracted to Druffy and has flirted with every Nug in existence in Thedas it doesn't really mean anything until there is a sticker on the forehead declaring what it is all about.

No, of course not.

 

In fact, I think this is a great idea for BioWare to implement in a possible DLC or next instalment of game.

 

Also, I expect to see the option of customizing the aesthetics of said sticker on forehead.. such as say, rainbow, fairies, dark and gothic themes, etc.
