I expect it'll release next year. They started concepting in 2012, talked about it in 2014 at conventions. Are they about a year out now?

I would guess after E3 later this year if they show any trailer or mention a possible release date

I expect it this year if TW3 fails.
Getting GOTY two years is a row would look beautiful in portfolio and marketing would love it.
If TW3 doesn't fail (and probably won't), then yes, it'll be out next year. Fighting against FO4 hopefully.
Not sure TW3 will impact Bioware release schedules, but you're right in that marketing demands do affect ship dates. Unfortunate.
A forum hopefully will open for MENext this year. GDC - E3 timeframe. I don't think a 2015 release is feasible, given what was last shown and when it was shown. Along with the survey questionnaire, it seems like they really want to get this right.
Given ME3's reception... I think there's no chance of a rushed game.
Think a bit.
GOTY awards = easy bombastic marketing for current and future releases

They gave that impression about DAI and look how that turned out.
I guess when the name is revealed... E3 Maybe? Then, they open the Forum and we discuss more details we saw on the trailer, associate with the Concept Art and speculate LOTS of things.
Of course it will.
It needs a name first.

DA:I may turn out to be good for ME:Next. Hopefully some of that feedback results in a more focused story and less filler quests.
less filler
If you mean less bloody bears, I'm hoping for that too. Can't force myself to replay DA3 because of those MMO unkillable respawns.
