In our chat that took over an hour, he/she insulted my intelligence by asking if I've ever played an xbox game before (after having described to him how games work, it seems like he's the one who hasn't touched one before) and finally ended up disconnecting me before I could even say something about his service or ask another question.
I'll post the log here after I finish redacting the personal information, but essentially I had the cross-account problem lots of you guys had, and I asked him to transfer everything to my correct gamertag-enabled EA account. Instead, he did the opposite and connected my gamertag with the other, non-xbox-enabled account, thus stripping me of my Blood Dragon armor. After dragging me along for about 30 minutes saying he was "working" on my issue, he managed to switch my gamertag back onto my original EA account, but of course, without Cerberus or the Gamestop pre-order. In a procedure akin to pulling teeth from a T-Rex, he finally gave me another Gamestop pre-order code, and then said he had "manually entitled my account to Cerberus". I checked my xbox and restarted it no less than 4 times over 20 minutes, and still was being prompted to pay 1200 MS points to buy it.
I continued to tell the man that I was not given access, and suggested that he give me a code for Cerberus as well so we could both be happy and done with it. He then went on to tell me with what I can't imagine was a straight face that "codes for Cerberus Network do not exist". I literally LOL'd and told him that I'm not retarded, as I was holding my Cerberus Network Activation card that COMES IN EVERY COPY OF THE GAME at the time. Having caught him in a lie, he told me that he would escalate my issue to a manager and then, in the span of about 2 seconds, asked me if I had any other concerns and disconnected the chat, leaving me with nothing to show for the 6 hours spent trying to talk to him and 1+ hour actually talking to him, and now hoping that the manager actually responds to me in the supposed "24 hours time".
SIGH...

lol I posted a chat with EA before, sure I was bit of a smartass after the explaining in detail numerous times I purchased from EAstore the 360 CE of DA:O and I just wanted a clarification on the shipping since I opted for overnight would it get here on the release date, just when I thought it was sorted she said you'll be able to download from EAstore on release date.......after hours of explaining 360 version CE DA:O still that kind of response sure I'd had my limit and was pissed to get that response, and then she argued with me that a 360 was not required that I'd be able to DL from EAstore, FOR A 360 GAME???
But alas when I posted transcript here, I got flamed heavily, and got PMs stating not her fault you were dumb enough to get 360 version instead of PC. lol yeah thanks guys
So if you seem even in the slightest less than saintly in your transcript do not post it.

They won't reply in 24 hours, trust me. I've been waiting five days, and still have nothing.
