I havent seen anyone use this glitch yet, and the odd person probably wouldnt bother me. My concern would be if more and more people started to do it to the point where it negatively impacts players searching for genuine games, intending to play legitly.
I agree people can either leave the game or vote kick, but to suggest that concerned players leave DAMP altogether is a bit silly. With matters of principle we cant expect everyone to agree. For many the very concept of cheating is abhorrent, others take the stance that its not a big deal and others should just deal with it. If people are considerate of others, problems wont arise - dont do it in public lobbies without asking and nobody can have any problem at all. To suggest that normal players leave instead if they have a problem probably furthers negativity tbh.
I myself dont mind a few people doing it privately or if they ask first as long as they are not doing it for leaderboard rank(I dont know why I care, but I do).

Well and this i my concern, this isn't the easiest thing to find games for if more and more of them are polluted then that really sucks the life out the game. I drop into a ton of in progress matches, if many of those start being games I want to abandon immediately on entry...well that's no good.

Found what the glitch does; never seen it being done on EU Origin pugs. Guess I'm lucky?

Not many people were aware of this exploit. But now they are, thanks to this thread.

You sure find out fast who's got skid-marked skivvies, when the dirty laundry's aired, and the protesters gather to gang pile the topic starter.

Wrong! It's just not big enough of a deal or widespread enough to QQ over it. Twice.

Maybe it is because you´re not playing the game anymore...

With a little careful reading, you could probably separate the fact that most people responding don't know how to do the exploit from the sentiment that caring about how people made it to the top of a leaderboard isn't the best reason to spread information about an exploit one doesn't actually want people to use.

I'm not the one playing D3
. I did come up with a no longshot archer build which I'm curious to see how it'll work.

I think you should name names. You can't just accuse top players of using an exploit on a hunch. You could be right but I've played with several of the top players. Silver, Medallion, general zama to name a few. I have not seen those players cheat, and I've played quite a bit with Medallion and he HATES the glitch, he's actually pissed that he put in all his time to rank up and other players are cheating.

What do you do, spam fade cloak so it triggers the no cooldown on firestorm?
edit: also I would say if this is the case that it isn't a glitch it's just exploiting a game mechanic.

Doesn't your controller shake constantly when doing the glitch? Or is that just for the other players...

Some people are definately overstating the impact of this thing. If you can already do perilous in 8 - 10 minutes, this glitch really wont make you get any more XP. Actually, it reduces the damage dealt by other players and their chances to have barrier absorb damage, or to be able and disable enemies, therefore reducing support XP.
Using this probably makes you level up more slowly really.

Just like missile glitching, it's not the veterans that use this glitch. It's the people who have just started the game and want to do an instant win in perilous over and over again for immediate gear and stats.
This exploit is inevitably going to become more popular over time.

Well, you need about 10 minutes to finish solo Perilous.
But,I am guessing after few days of playing that way, you'll get carpal tunnel syndrome.

I could care less about people climbing the leaderboards with it. I just hate the nausea-inducing screen shake it causes on your teammates. I think I was approaching a boogie headache the first time I saw it.
