Those people mentioned above, are in my opinion will be the next main enemy or friends in the future Dragon Age.

Players may have killed Anders in DA 2, but remember that Justice and Anders have became one, meaning he is half fade creature now. In Awakening Justice can poses Kristoff's body even though Kristoff is already dead, and in the battle of Vigil's keep, it's body got decapitated but even so Justice still lived and able to find a new host, which is Anders. So, IMO, if Developers want to bring back Anders in the game, it very much can.

The Architech is pretty much like Anders, even though players can choose to kill him, there is great possibility that he's survived or another Architech rise from somewhere, since the Architech itself is an anomaly in the birth of Darkspawn. There are atleast 2 reasons on how he can survived, first is his experiment in his Lab and his two disciple, Utha and Seranni. I think, what he is studying in his lab is about necromancy, since when players trying to flee from his lab, there are ghouls who mimicking player's companion.

for Solas and Flemeth I think not much to say, since many players already seen the ending. It's either Flemeth died, or she is merging as one in Solas aka Dread Wolf.

What are your thought? Who will be the next main Villain in DA series?

Someone new i have never seen.

Anders dies if you have killed him justice may not have but still if things solas have said about killing spirit/demon he probably isn't even justice anymore.

Architect is dead if you killed him at least devs said that he won't return if you have killed him besides more returning characters come back from dead and that say f*** to your choices and thing you have did in game no thanks we had enough of them already.

Flemeth is dead and she should stay her plot went through 3 games and her role was pretty much was just only "i have read script and know everything about everyone and no matter what you do i still win and you did what i wanted you to do" and im not keen on seeing solas in same invincible villain role that flemeth was.

I don't think Justice's reappearance would offer anything new to DA's narrative, and might appear as a rehash of Cole's story arc. His character lacks the intellect and resources to be a threat like the other candidates in the op. The Architect was already revealed to be the catalyst behind the fifth blight, while his master plan would need some revising or it'll seem like a rehash of DAI's Warden arc. Flemeth/Solas are unknowns. Though unless Solas turns into a well intentioned extremist, and reconfigures the Dalish into the Thalmor i doubt he'd be much of an antagonist.

I'd rather they introduce a new character as the antagonist. It would be nice to see more villains like Delita Heiral, Sidney Losstarot and David Xanatos.

I doubt any of them are going to be the arch-villain. More likely all of those above characters are our 'morally grey super team'. You'll probably want some of them around when the real bad guys show up.

Solas .

He's got future villain written all over him.

He has a nice end goal : Help the elves , restore whatever , spirits are our friends.

But he's just out of touch with reality .

In theory his plan should make life better for some people , yet he's all alone in his quest and won't tell anyone about it.

Meaning , his plan probably sucks and most people would disapprove.

Also he thinks everyone is a moron , humans are barbaric , qunari are savages , dwarves are done , Dalish sucks , city elves are too uneducated.

During Inquisition he made some friends , and was changing his mind but at the end he turns his back on all of that...

He's very sorry for somebody who's about to do something great for everyone.

And during the epilogue , the last shot on the Villain Face.

This.

And you forgot his track record of terrible decisions - it's heavily implied that the fall of Arlathan was indeed a result of Solas "knowing better" and deciding that elves would be better off without their abusive parents of a pantheon. Then there is the Orb he gave to Cory - and we all know how it ended.

But he still "knows better" and is about to put some other brilliant plan of his into motion. As always without asking anybody else's opinion. Gee, I wonder how well it will go this time.
