Neither.
My only contact left with this game is sometimes browsing this board to check if they finally did something to fix it.

I play a few games during the week and take part in the weekend events. Trouble I've been finding is that it's easier to find a stable lobby during the week; the game just seems to be more unstable on the weekends to me. Hell, I just gave up trying to help toward the community goal last weekend because I had 10 "broken" games in a very small time frame - either through "cannot connect to session" or CTDs when starting 5/5 or some other damn thing. This past weekend event wasn't as bad, but I still quit because of instability - not because I was ready for a break from the game.
My interest in the MP is losing steam quickly and I've only promoted a handful of characters. My hat's off to those who have promoted to get stats over 100 - don't know how you do it.

I am itching to play SC black list, XCOM, Shadowrun Dragonfall, Far Cry 4. Do I have bad taste?
I know X-Com and SR Dragon fall are pretty good games. Can't speak for the other two though. ![]()
i'll stop playing soon.
this whole game has been a disappointment...
Still playing but not nearly as active now (maybe play one or two games if a friend is on) i'm biding my time until BloodBorne comes out and then I probably wont be playing this for a while, especially with Dark Souls 2 also coming to PS4 and Xbone soon
I tried to come back for the weekend event.
I didn't have it in me. This game is just too boring to waste time only to get a chest with the next batch of nothing in it.
I mean, I would most likely do the challenge if the challenge didn't require me to actually play this game.
Bah, this thread is becoming depressive.
...

Pure genius!!
Next challenge: Do not play DAIMP Fri-Sun
Reward: Chest full of nothing worthwhile

Only weekend events and only until the personal goal is met, so usually between 1-4 games on a Saturday or Sunday and that it's it. Will probably check it out more if a worthwhile DLC hits.
DAMP is definitely a case of unmet potential.
I try to earn a promotion every day but some days (like today) I just don't feel like it. I'll always play for weekend challenges, though. I like the game. I just wish it felt better to play it. Then again, even SP feels more like work than play sometimes.
#1 reason I gave up after a few hours in SP.
MP is getting old and I'm only on for weekends as well.
I've gone back to playing spellforce until AC: Rogue comes out next week.. I'll get Unity on PC when it comes down a whole lot on steam. Did not load up the game last weekend, loaded up the game the weekend prior, closed it instantly.. like CaoSlayer said, only reason I am still on the forums is to see if they have fixed something.. anything..
I have unsubscribed from their facebook feed because each time they post another look at the award we won! We are so proud of our victory that was only won because there was nothing else other than destiny running against us for the award!
So are people "playing" the forums more than the game? I'm definitely waning motivation. I only really play Katari for a match or two every couple of days, and the weekend events.
I'm waiting for the next update to try single player again, but that may not happen with Bloodbourne out end of the month.
the only reason I played damp as long as I did (like since xmas maybe?) was because there is no decent console PvP out atm. I refuse to go back to destiny, evolve apparently has huge issues and bf:hardline looks like it may be a flop, so I guess I'm stuck with single player games for the next few months.
I'm a PvP player at heart so PvE games have to do a lot to keep me interested and that's just not happening here.
Check out Helldivers, which is out today in the US of A, and tomorrow in UK/EU. If it's as good as previews, it may well be the game that kills DAMP for me. I've been swapping between Resogun and Warframe at the moment.
So are people "playing" the forums more than the game?
We're barely doing that. Look how dead this place is. There just isn't much in the way of content and variety. Having the weapons not being exactly the same would've been a start.
^This.
I am only on the forums one day a week.. rest of the time I lurk on the KeenSwh forums to see what people have made on Space / Medieval engineers
I've pretty much slumped into weekend events only.
Waited for the second day to even bother with this last one.
The most glaring problem as far as I can see is that the only way to "progress" is endless grinding for promotions, and there just isn't enough content to justify that type of play.
Having the weapons not being exactly the same would've been a start.
Ironically, I believe that having every item "more" the same; automatically scaled to ilvl 23, would have made the game more interesting, and increased the number of useable items by about a million percent. The way the loot system is, 99%+ of the drops are of absolutely no value after your first ~50 hours, and your chance of getting something you'd equip decreases steadily from there.
1.3 millions spent and still don't have most top weapons.Starting to hate RNG and Biower with it,especially when I see n00bs (I can recognize new player from a vet without banner) with Griffon bow or Sulevin.
That is why I boycott the store and have been doing so the past five weeks. I play this game for everything but Gold.
This was the first weekend that I didn't play DAMP, logged in Friday to see what the event was and I was a bit 'bleh, whatever'. As others have said, I think there are only so many "community chest" rewards you can get (read, salvage crap) before you realise there's nothing new here. I had a blast and it was great fun, but think I'm moving on. Too little content. Too much grind. No interest from Bioware. Nuff said.
We're barely doing that. Look how dead this place is. There just isn't much in the way of content and variety. Having the weapons not being exactly the same would've been a start.
Yeah, it's dead. This whole game is dead to the point I couldn't make up jokes for Unrest In The Dales #2. There's nothing to joke about save for how dead this game is.

Smh. That's when you know just how bad things are.

Looks fun. Allthough coop will have the same problem as always. If you dont have three friends that want to play the same game as you on the same platform, you're gonna have to rely on pugs with morons that will constantly be a complete nuisance.
