Having Carver trying to be better then his older bigger sister? or having Carver trying to be better then his older brother?
Trying to find a nice little RP story for either one lol
Which one of these sounds good for Carver?

Alright cool
and which do you think works best for that? Being a Nice brother despite him always been mean towards you? , or being a mean brother and being annoyed by his constant whinning?
I know I could pick the middle choices but....never really liked those jokes tbh v.v

I always played a diplomatic Hawke...so I was the nice brother, with Carver constantly complaining. I pretended that Hawke rolled his eyes a lot, when Carver wasn't looking.
My favorite game with Carver was when Hawke took him to the Deep Roads and Carver became a Grey Warden. I played Legacy and MotA and used Carver in those DLCs and by the time the end of the game arrived, Carver was at 100% friendship.
I did occasionally pick the middle choices with Carver because his whining did deserve a sarcastic answer sometimes but mostly I played Hawke as understanding that Carver felt left out (since Hawke, Bethany, and his dad were mages).

I like him better with an older sister. Protective but also bitter. My Hawke always understands his frustration and knows deep down he loves her so she is forgiving of his outbursts and teases him a lot.

I played as a witty (and terribly shrewd) male mage Hawke and I loved the conversation with Carver after that family quest. It was one of those moments that truly epitomized the character. Carver has some pretty cutting words for him, but Gaylord (yeah) just turns that right back around and leaves him unable to respond.
Hawke: ~Alright, what would you have done?
Carver: "(blah blah blah, what he would do, something something blaming Bethany's death on him...)"
Hawke: "You're right."
Carver: "... What??"
Hawke: ~If I could go back and change it all, I would. But that's not an option, and you know it.
Carver (baffled): *frowns*
Hawke: "Well, good talk..."

That tends to be how I play it as well. But then it's kind of reminds me of me and my brother when we were younger as well I was always the more diplomatic one whereas he was the more naughty and rebellious one. We are both grown up now but in many ways it does kind of remind me of that when playing DA2. Can't speak too much about the Bethany relationship as I'd not reall;y played it that way but I probably will when I come back to the game for my next run as I'm planning on a warrior/rogue type run.
