I wouldn't purchase anything. Depending on how big the lottery winnings are, it would be payed to you in increments (though realistically, it will be payed in increments regardless). Increments that would be taxed. People win a $600 million Powerball lottery and end up only receiving $400 million because the remaining $200 million was given to the IRS as income.
The lottery is called a tax on stupid people, and not just because your chances of winning are cosmically low. It's also literally a tax if you win. I've heard of people going bankrupt from winning the lottery, because the amount they were required to pay back was more than they received in their monthly winning payments.

I would use the money to kickstart my career as a film director. I would have money to live off of nigh infinitely, and I could spend all my time concentrating on building that career. Then, once I become succesful, the Rolls Royce and custom built pad in the Hollywood Hills.
