Two of my Inquisitors: a mage and a dual-wielding rogue. When creating them I was thinking of adding scars / tattoos, then thought - nah, they've probably lived pampered lives in the Circle / Free Marches nobility; at most the rogue might have had a knife accident once...

 

To be honest, they have a lot of similarities to one another, though there are slight variations in features. I also (admittedly) prefer to make conventionally attractive male characters, so they can have kind of a generic model-ish look. So sue me - I like my cheekbones high, my jaws square, and my Inquisitors flaming! (...for Dorian).

I am totally about the story, what sort of story speaks to me and how the story might strike me the hardest or the most.  I always thought my Inquisitor would be a female, because I was ready for a female-hero-story again.  My Hawke was a Garrett, anyway, and I wanted to move away from the male characters as I went into Inquisition.

 

But Dorian caught my eye, so I made my first male Inquisitor.  Thanks, David Gaider!  You ruined every one of my plans when you made such an awesome character, and I love you for it!  So of course, here I'm stuck with a story that truly moves me, and it's so far from where I originally anticipated. 

 

So very much, yes, I adore my Lavellan!

 

 

 

 

This is my second male Lavellan.  The first had brown eyes, rather, and he was a warrior.  This time around, I lightened the eyes and went with a mage.  I'm liking this playthrough immensely, of course.

 

So he supported the Templars, because he doesn't trust human magic so much.  That, and Cullen just impressed him with his strength of character and determination. 

 

The scars on the side of his face come from an attack by another Dalish clan, though, when they caught him "carrying on" with a young human man.  They tried cutting his ears, to "make him more human", and it was only his own clan that managed to stave off the attack in time.  He still suffers a phobia where his ears are concerned, seriously bad dreams, and he becomes agitated in combat where enemies come too close, as if they're all focused on taking his ears.  Dorian comforts him with little strokes to the tips after every battle.

 

I also RP that he loses his clan to Wycomb's treachery, and utterly blames himself for not doing more to save them.  He feels more alone than ever after Clan Lavellan is decimated, descends into huge depression.  He struggles with the notion "where he belongs" and slowly, slowly creates his own unique "place" as Inquisitor.  But there are several survivors from his clan, only three children that he and Dorian adopt as their own.

 

 

 

But I'll shut up before I bore you all to death, hehe.  Suffice to say, I really like my guy elf!

Not looking as pretty boy from boy-bands or model was my intention when I made him...though I don't think he is best looking male Inquisitor ever made xD He is just a weird one which was my intention as well,some guys says he looks like he is from these rock bands,someone even compared him with Cesare Borgia from AC:B and our dear Sithis compared Draven with Gabriel Belmont and I must admit that they do look kinda lot alike though wasn't my intention at all...I just wanted creepy looking Inquisitor that is all.

Ok let's wrap all of you new boys up that I missed while being absent so let's start.

 

My adorable Alin Lavellan:

He's Mr. Weepy-Eye. He chooses the weepy eye option all the time

I'm really pleased with how he came out. I've got my elf head shape down now; he's my third elf. I finally managed to get freckles to show, and I like how his vallaslin matches his eyes. His lips are unintentionally pouty, but hey, that works for Mr. Weepy-Eye!

Regarding some other cuties in this thread...

I would like to box Robin Trevelyan up and take him home, thank you very much.

And Jamie Trevelyan making me uncomfortable-in-a-good way with those bedroom eyes.

Haha now this is something fresh to see and refreshing.He kinda looks chubby I like that it gives him pretty unique look considering that players usually go for some classical elf from fantasy look this is nice and I agree very adorable one.Makes me wanting to pinch his cheeks.

This is Mahanon Lavellan. I THINK HE'S THE CUTEST BECAUSE ELVEN MASTER RACE.

He doesn't seem too amused in this picture.

He hates being Dalish and he's super anti magic. So he's best friends with Sera pretty much. Romances Cass who ends up taming him a little since he's a huge narcissist.  

He was a lot of fun to play because he was a huge ******* about everything. 

O finally another douchebag Inquisitor beside Draven that belongs to Angelus Delapsus in here...though I guess main difference would be that well as far as I know no one tamed Draven down xD Still nice to have not so much of a saint Inquisitor in here.Still I doubt Cassandra or anyone can stop him from being narcissistic douche...trust me I know I'm one so this is something no man/woman or anyone can tame not even a little bit

Ok as I said before describe your Inquisitor first then thoughts of my own.You are one truly commenting in here I'm just here to add some flavor to already added spice.Still for your first Inquisitor I think you can guess if you read what I said to Sylvianus to not repeat myself too much  And I like elf as well he is pretty cute but at same time manly not classical way to pretty elf boy like he poped from some K-pop band.So big plus in here and next time this is last warning add your own description otherwise I will just pass.It doesn't need to be some pro description or anything just some that tells me what do you think of him.

I'm actually quite partial to the long on one side, shaved on the other hairstyle. For both men & women. I know it's not so popular, but I really love it. I also like the pulled back hairstyle for guys, but not so much on women.

Eric: I like how he turned out. Except for the tiny bit missing at the temple, I really like this hairstyle. I wanted him to have black hair, but didn't like how it turned blue sometimes. That was before we had the hair color editor (mod).   I also couldn't decide if he was strong enough for Cassandra and had just made Finn for Dorian, so he's been in limbo. With the mods & black emporium coming (someday...), I might be able to unshelve him soon!

 

 

 

For some reason they remind me of Anders only with different hair color and second one with different hairstyle which is nice.And yup black hair in this game is joke I agree...but all that aside as I said this is nice and well done especially since he does look like Anders a lot(not fan of Anders but still that a$$hole looked nice  ).

The beard was a pain to place ...but I was actually very proud of how my mage Inquisitor turned out looking! His name is Vincent Trevelyan.

My new Ser Lordybloomers, Viggo Cadash. I'm pleased with how he came out, easy on the eyes (my eyes at least) but still dwarfy enough. Finding a good beard was a pain though. The CC beard quality is most shameful!

Oh yeah more dwarf lads that is what I'm talking about and I love his eyes the most they are just freaking beautiful.Nice boy

First one that created face mod has my endorsement...though it looks like ehm there is a bit issue with neck skin tone compared to face...it just makes it a bit weird xD like someone puffed white powder over his face.But nvm that little issue he does look like one of these K-PoP stars a lot in fact he kinda looks a bit like T.O.P. from BingBang to be more exact.And to look as Choi Seung-hyun is big F-ing compliment my dear lady

Here is my Morgan Lavellan. He is my canon Inquisitor, and I really like the way he turned out, except for his glossy lips. Haha. I must have forgotten to turn down lip shine. XD Ah well, he likes to keep his lips nice and kissable for Dorian.  I used preset 4 for him, I think, and I don't think he is too generic, although with the total lack of male elves around, what even is a generic look for them? When I made him, I tried to go for a more masculine look for his face, and it looks good when he is wearing armor that doesn't show off the broken arm and shoulders problem, but when he's at Skyhold wearing those silly PJs, it's just ugh. He looks like a bobblehead doll in his PJs. Haha. Need to download that mod that lets you wear your armor at Skyhold. Anyway, he's my favorite out of any character that I've ever created in any game so that should tell you how I feel about him. lol.

 Which means, of course, that I simply MUST share Revas Lavellan. 
 Two-handed warrior. Sarcastic jokester with a heart of gold. Dorian's boyfriend (sorry, ladies!). Mr. Impossibly Green Eyes.
 Playing him is... distracting. I sort of enjoy staring at him and wearing out my screenshot button every cutscene just a little too much.  He's honestly my favorite male PC I've ever made of any game.

I was able to share a picture from my PS4 of my inquisitor to my facebook then copy it to my work computer.  So. much. work.  Here he is. I could totally be related to him, save for the fact that no one in my family has green eyes. You can't tell though because he is holding veilfire in this shot.

He's my first (and currently only) male Inquisitor.  I'm so used to playing only female characters that I didn't expect to enjoy playing as a male Inquisitor so much.  Of course, I find him very attractive so that helps

Duan - Mage and grumpy (my next project and this was so hard to make)

Duan has no horns because the mental image of him being tangled by horns with Bull was too strong. I really strugled with this qunari, because my men need to be appealing for me, and how the f... you make an appealing qunari when you don't care about them in the first place. Then I remembered Sten and went for this route. They don't all have horns and they don't all have to look like they were found under truck. He is not pretty enough for me, but I think he is pretty enough for Bull, lol.

Now first one I ain't gonna mention because well...no description of what you think of him part  .As for Qunari true ain't model kinda guy but he looks alright he ain't some abomination running around.Though making attractive Qunaris is easiest jobs I must say they have handsome features,right brows...only hair is problem with them but making Qunairs hot babes is least problem.But as I said he looks fine this is not next top model contest and I prefer unique looking Inquisitors in here and he doesn't look as generic Qunari so he passes test.

My One True Inquisitor since he's the first one I created and experienced the whole game with.

Mage, bisexual, ended up with Dorian aaaand I think the picture captures his personality rather well.

Mostly easygoing and good-natured fellow who likes to have some humor and playful banter in his life too. Can occasionally be rather blunt though and people don't always seem to get his sarcasm. Hates politics and kind of sucks at being a noble. His generally charming nature worked wonders in the Winter Palace though XD.

Roderick Trevelyan (AND after I created him I remembered: "Oh **** the Chancellor is called Roderick." Well... this one wanted to punch his namesake as soon as he met him.)

Two-Handed Warrior, giving Iron Bull the goo goo eyes though it hasn't led anywhere yet. I guess Iron Bull only got freaked out by his poorly executed eye flirtation.

Bluntly put: this one is kind of an aggressive douche XD. (I always have to create that one "renegade" character who makes decisions I normally don't.) Has his mellow moments and a conscience too though. Doesn't bark at every new person he meets but has a tendency to ruffle some feathers anyways. Either intentionally or accidentally given his brutal honesty and no-nonsense attitude.

I felt Draven came out pretty well and he looks pretty mature. Draven even turned out to be bisexual. Qwahilin I swear looks like Solas with a face tattoo.

I made a third guy recently. I should check him out.

Sadly I can't see Draven well so I will just comment elf,I like how you made elf only part same as Solas's in here is bald head but they don't look alike at all in my opinion.

Since I like that shot so much, I'll post it here along with another one:

I would prefer more front description of him but since you said how much you like "that shot" of him so much then it is more then obvious that you find him your masterwork.And I love how this guy looks and I love the fact that you chose darker skin for your Qunari since everyone it seems to go for pale skin to make their Qunaris more grey as those in DA2 so this one is full win.

Bore me?Hehe my boy I did said I feel free to share a story so we meet your Inquisitor so if I suggested it was because I was interested in finding out about them.And yeah David Gaider did made superb job with Dorrian(I'm gonna miss that fellow in DA franchise Q.Q).Huge plus from me for giving us story of your Inquisitor my dear  .
