The things that make us subjective are what give us our objectives in life.

So says Fast Jimmy the modest dating guru and the life guru.

No need for that, fellow Linkin Park fan.

Come on, bro.

I liked NMS for a bit back then. Then I moved on. The rest of it is nah tho.

None of it matches up to the classics and its been so long that all I go back to listen to of them are the original two albums and a few songs from Reanimation.

Funny enough when it comes to Reanimation I find myself consistently going back to Ntr/Mssion+Ppr:Kut. Though there are quite a few good tracks on there like P5hng Me A*ay, Plc.4 Mie Haed, 1stp Klosr, and Krwlng.

Then there are tracks you'd barely notice as remixes, like Wth>You.

Gonna have to put that to the test.

If you're a proper nerd you'll go back to listening to classic Linkin Park from the 01-04 days.

MY GOD IT WAS THAT LONG AGO

There is unironic discussion of Linkin Park in this thread.

Chapter 36:

The Lobbyists continue their expedition into the Ruins to slay the Necromancer.

Vca5baU.jpg

The Bounty Hunter disarms the trap with ease.

7NLoler.jpg

They soon come across another group of foes. Perhaps they should've brought some Holy Relics. The Ruins were filled with undead.

HEGXCll.jpg

Sully starts the battle off with her trademark toxic gas.

GkR6d6j.jpg

Before yelling at the top of her lungs to inspire the Lobbyists.

sAZscjD.jpg

However, one of the Bone Nobles quickly put a stop to Sully's antics and floors the Plague Doctor.

39sKp86.jpg

Not wanting to waste time, budgee engages the Skeleton Knight in melee.

KrQo59B.jpg

Bison meanwhile, attempts to help Sully up off the ground with an inspiring banner.

"I'm gettingu p. away with you, memelord."

While the Plague Doctor picks herself up, the Bone Nobles begin to dissolve as they are eaten by Sully's toxic gas.

Luk8snC.jpg

budgee presses his attack on the Skeleton Knight, the hardened Bounty Hunter giving his foe zero openings.

38qBLnK.jpg

And it isn't long until it too succumbs to the gas.

3LHal0c.jpg

Leaving the Lobbyists alone in the room with a packed treasure chest.

tQwGWrR.jpg

After a few minutes and many gold coins later, Bison leads his team ever closer to the Necromancer.

1wTgM3n.jpg

The group is fatigued by the many battles, but still in high spirits and treks through the Ruins at a decent pace. However, they spot a confessional booth in their path and Bison rushes to it, eager to wipe his moral slate clean.

jRpYnkv.jpg

Unfortunately, he fails to find the absolution he is searching for.

"блин священник, я должен 360 noscope его осуждения задницу. он такойчертовски сука!"

The Lobbyists spot a shrine merely metres from the Confessional Booth. And once again, Bison rushes to it.

JdddzmP.jpg

ruggly begins to express her doubts, but holds her tongue.

photo-thumb-780849.png?_r=1437950520
"You just tried tha... nevermind."

Which was fortunate, because the gamble pays off for the Crusader.

wm2vd1l.jpg

IJtlYUk.jpg?1
"Finally!"

The group soon arrives at an empty library, not far from the Necromancer's chamber.

dDeHqqX.jpg

photo-thumb-589190.jpg?_r=1437712797
"I say we take a break here and refresh ourselves for the upcoming battle. I could do with a hard drink. Or four."

"I can keep going butif you guys wantt o rest befor we leave.then go ahead."

photo-thumb-780849.png?_r=1437950520
"I don't really care. But whatever is fine."

Bison weighs up the options in his head, and see no reason not to rest up for the Necromancer. They had the camp supplies to rest after the battle to relieve stress gained, but it was a risk the Crusader wasn't willing to take.

YVTq61Y.jpg

Pumping the team up, Bison delivers a few choice words as the Lobbyists eat their meals.

tNyV3pE.jpg

Recovering vitality and surrounded in the warmth of the campfire, the group grows in confidence as they encourage one another to keep fighting.

"Dude... that wasy ou..."

photo-thumb-589190.jpg?_r=1437712797
"Hah. I know. I'm that good."

Supremely confident in their chances of victory, the Lobbyists pack up camp and head down the last hallway towards the Necromancer.

soLwnkU.jpg

They enter the chamber prepared and come face to face with their prey.

eNeWsGg.jpg

budgee marks out the Necromancer, making the spellcaster more vulnerable to their attacks.

sdIi6OT.jpg

However, before the Lobbyists are able to close in for close quarters combat, the Necromancer pulls out a scroll and begins dark magic ritual. The group is visibly weighed down, as if attacked by spirits assaulting their minds, their movements sluggish.

bttut1T.jpg

To their dismay, the spirits begin taking corporeal form. Skeletons!

hib6ch6.jpg

Pushing past the despair and relentless assault, Bison charges the Necromancer, landing firm hits on it's weak flesh.

LHue94k.jpg

However, the Necromancer doubles down on his dark ritual.

15V7k75.jpg

His mental attack becoming more and more difficult to bear.

qpfYrnG.jpg

skm6gSv.jpg
"Maybe we can't defend ourselves from the Necromancer's dark magic but maybe if we get close enough, we can get him anyway! Focus on what you can destroy and follow my lead!"

Rushing headfirst into battle, Bison shatters the brittle bones of his skeletal enemies, attempting to cut a path towards the physically weak Necromancer.

EVa8Rr5.jpg

However, despite his efforts, the Crusader is unable to reach the Necromancer before it's able to unleash another debilitating wave of it's powerful magic.

l1BMQdI.jpg

The Lobbyists are pushed back, and the successive attacks enables a fearsome Skeleton Captain to obtain physical form.

xUJxkPx.jpg

The Lobbyists are further than ever from reaching the Necromancer, and the constant mental barrage begins to take a toll on the group. mybudgee is the first to reach his breaking point.

jyxNVrt.jpg

And he is the first to crack.

Is this it? Shall we have a death, a demise, an unfortunate end? Or shall they all survive mostly unharmed?

No worries guys! Laugh it up. My romantic flailing (blind-prat falls) is painful at times, but if it brings my fellow BSNers a bit of joy, it's TOTALLY worth it!!

Don't worry Budgee. My romantic life is horrible as well... QUICK DRUG HIM AND ERASE HIS MEMORY!

Still better than mine tbh.
