15% reduction in cool down times for all abilities

or

+10 Cunning

I'm guessing the latter...

Thanks

It depends on how much critical chance you already have, and on whether you have and use mercy killing.

I don't have mercy killing. my default crit chance is not so great on its own (~25% without the +10 cunning) but I do have sneak attack and knife in the shadows to help compensate

I'd go with the cunning amulet - crit chance makes a pretty good difference when you can crit more often. Hold on to the cooldown though, if you can craft the cunning into your gear, then that would be a good help for you.

+10 willpower will output more damage and gives you valuable magic resistance if you dont need more crit to proc looked like it hurt.

I'm not sure how an assassin is hurting for crit.  Every attack out of stealth is a crit.  Sneak attack doubles your crit, and if you are DW you should always be flanking your target!  Every offensive leather slot should be jammed with great bear hide, or bear hide, for +crit chance which is was more efficient than cunning.  You should be rocking 50% crit out of stealth.  On normal mobs you should almost one shot mobs, and definitely get the killing blow (ty mark of death) resetting the c/d of stealth (which means another auto-crit).

With high crit, your best go-to stat is dexterity (which comes from bear hide again!).  So basically shove bear hide into every offense and utility slot.  Same is true for archers.

So I would recommend a +10 dexterity amulet.  Dexterity gives a 1:1 ratio for crit damage.  Compare that to cunning which is 2:1 for crit chance.

For me, +25 stamina for all rogue and warrior.

How do you take advantage of that, for any spec other than artificer?

I'm probably missing something, but it seems like it would only provide a boost at the very beginning of the fight, then have no effect after that. Even with stamina on crits and on kill, I rarely find myself close to filling the bar.

Increase Max Stamina

  • Increases max stamina and stamina regeneration by the prescribed amount.
  • Works well together with reduced ability cost mastercrafts.

In my view, 25 stamina boost was quite useful than any other attribute boost, for example, I can cast stealth->twinfang->deathblow smoothly.

Ohhh, it increases regen too? That actually is useful. :)

Cool down reduction for rogues. There are more efficient ways to get crit than cunning. And I get stamina from crits so don't need more stamina.

On warriors, on the other hand, since crits reduce cool downs, I use the stamina neck instead.
