Would people like to see expanded weapon types/more specialisations?

You know some of the Hollywood films, shows and a handful games that show guards using a spear or a pole-arm weapon. I'm interested to see if other people would like to see such a weapon implemented into the game via DLC/expansion.

To the developers, I put the same question to you: Did the team ever consider putting such a weapon type in the game? Or restoring previous specialisations (dual wield warrior for example)

To everyone else, what would you like to see in terms of expanded combat options. Should blood magic make a return for mages? Should Warriors get a spec that allows dual-wield? Maybe Rogue's...get a combat staff?

One class I'd like to see return is the Bard, especially with so much of Inquisition taking place in Orlais. Would have made some interesting dialogue with Leliana

I'd love to see a bard class that is a true support class. Using songs like Motiff of renewal, Motiff of Sundering, Of Guard, etc... to support the rest of the party. Of course the bard would also have either the dual weapons or archery tree at their disposal so, wouldn't be useless in combat, but would be a support focused class. Their special weapon would be a guitat or musical (French horn style) horn but they could switch to either bow or daggers if they had to.

I personally would not care much for additional weapon types. I didn't care for them in BG2 either for example, I just went for the most useful ones.

But I would love to see the return of DW warrior, Bard rogue and Blood mage in some form (they would require a fair share of tweaking). They added variety to the game and all of them were very useful specs in all situations.

Ideally:

-1-2 more weapon types

-one more specialization per class, level cap raise (or rather, 'soft level cap raise') from 20-25 to at least 30-35. Gimmie dose skill points!

-one more specialization slot

-Instead of ending at Tier 4-5 gear, end at Tier 5 + Masterworking. (Tier 4 being the majority of main game 'endgame' gear, and Tier 5 being the DLC rewards, while still able to craft better if we really want)

Blood Magic should NOT return in this game. It doesn't seem to fit it, and I don't support the work to put into the game to make it fit. Make a DA4 in Tevinter or something, and go Blood Magic all the way!

Warrior Duel Wield would be so good... I support.

I want more Support (even a bit more 'Healy') specializations. I want my Spirit Healer. Oh well.

Id like more specialisation specific dialogue and reactions from npcs before they added more.

As for new armors and weapons, hell yes

I doubt we'd get new weapon types with DLC, but just in case they happen or at least for DA4, I'd like to see Polearms for Warriors, Rapiers for Rogues, and Grimoires for Mages.
