On three separate files for my PS4, the letter I get from from the Hero of Ferelden includes the romance notes for both Morrigan and Leliana. However, I only ever romanced the latter. Even after changing the conclusion of the Witch Hunt DLC (I heard stabbing her messed it up, so I changed it to letting her go) and installing the latest update on the PS4, it still occurs. It's immensely frustrating to get so far into the game only to discover there was an importation issue, and I'd like advice.

Similar thing happened to me. In my first playthrough I didn't get the addendum for Morrigan, despite everything being correct in the Keep. But I thought it was because I got the operation from Leliana and not Morrigan. In my second playthrough I was sure to get the operation from Morrigan, but it still did not appear. A minor inconvenience, but still annoying.
