Host migrations that make me leader, then having to listen to somebody complain at length that the piece of **** host is ruining the game for them. I never asked for this!
Liked for the Deus Ex: Human Revolution reference.

You don't notice since it's all blended together. Sneaky way to eat greens too. Toss some kale and spinach in there and you don't even know.

I figured I was starting to sound like some weird health nut. I can assure you this is not the case. My rule of thumb is the more obscure the greenery is, the healthier it is so throw it in a drink.

Don't forget organic. Organic is always healthy, vegetable or not. My favorite health drink is lots of organic cacao powder+lots of organic cane sugar+organic milk (not that disgusting reduced fat nonsense)+kosher salt and pinch of cayenne pepper.

Agree with many points raised, especially the one about hitting the healing font when everybody is at 100% health... although I used to do this all the time when I was starting out. It's shimmery! And blue! How could I resist touching it?
Also: when somebody starts throwing kick votes around the lobby because another player takes more than 0.06 seconds to ready up.
Having managed to put a large group to enemies to sleep/panic, it's always discouraging when someone runs into the middle of the group willy-nilly and just attacks everything so that all the enemies wake up again. Although this is also something I've been guilty of doing. They're running screaming! Or standing still snoring! Basically I turn into a frantic Jack Russell at that point, and it has taken a lot of practice not to start attacking everything around me.

It irks me when I get into a lobby after clicking "Quick Match"....but there's nothing 'quick' about it because apparently people like to get into a lobby then go afk for 15 minutes. Then I leave lobby and find another one with yet more afkers. Then I get into a lobby, start a match, and the host leaves game so I get a host migration...which fails. Then I get an average of 3 lost connections as I try to find my way back into afk lobby land.

I couldn't care less if people waste those healing fonts except when it's wave 5. It's always the 3rd person past it too so I think we may be in the clear, but NOPE!
As for the CC, at least it doesn't screw you too much if you hit them. I don't know how many times I was in raids in WoW and I hit an enemy a half second after it turned into a sheep. Luckily I played during vanilla so there were 40 man raids and no one would know it was me.

Oh yeah, should probably clarify that I meant in the 5th room. In any previous rooms it doesn't matter since we're probably not running back the entire zone if things get hairy.

I actually played with people who kept insisting on keeping the fonts and using it before we would go to the next zone. It was weird.

Wait, would they pass the font before, say, zone 3, clear zone 3, then go back to the font between zone 2 and three to heal before moving on to zone 4?

Huh, that's one... special approach.
Another thing that irks me: letting the golden nug get away. "If you love something, set it free" does not apply to a pig-like rodent running away with my precious gold.

"DPS" Keepers.
CL Spam ahead of the group Keepers and AW's, aggro before the melee
Immolate on Eles. No firewall, firestorm, firemine or barrier on Eles.
Alchemists. Nuff said. (there are useful ones, but most of the time, not)
Hunters. (same reason as alchy)
Players that don't take cover. Players that don't run. Goes with above and below:
Archers that never let go of auto-attack, especially if they did they'd survive, but nope. They don't know how to run away
Any soon to be dead guy. Mostly rogues. Sometimes reavers. AW's that die. Keepers that die. Lego's that die. Dagger rogues that die outside the boss room, and insist on staying outside the boss room even after dying repeatedly. Totally 'just bad luck' that the Demon Commander teleport spawns in the same place over and over when the player with aggro is standing right there.
I've played these classes. It takes a lot of effort to die. A LOT.
Any ranged character that attacks before the melee or AoE launches first, when we're not doing a line of sight pull.
AW's that fade step away from fire mines when facing the demon commander. Anyone that walks away from fire mines instead of using them.
Noobs that want to do doors, and then die to them. You can go ahead and do doors, if you can and actually DO Them. Also, at least announce you're doing them. Don't just stand there waiting at the door and announce but don't open, or watch as we run by you and ignore you.
Players that don't look at the team build balance. Yes, totally fantastic idea to go all hunters in a pug. Totally. Some classes work awesome together, like Ele and Reaver. Some classes work terribly and work against each other. Spirit Blade PotA FS CL AW + Assassin. Terrible idea. Assassin going to die.
No static cage on Keepers.
No mighty blow or combat roll on Katari. Might as well not bring charge.
No Caliban on Templar just makes me sad, not peeved. I pity the Templar without Caliban.
Templars that haven't figured out wrath and purge ftw.
Lego's with warcry, unyielding, and no Counterstrike. Both of those skills would've been replaced with one that does both better, especially with the recent buff/fix.

That's actually something that I do with my friends. It ensures we always have a font for use in wave 5. Downside is that it makes the run times much longer. I don't bother insisting on doing that it PUGs though. Though it does irk me when people use a font and everyone's at or near full health.
Other things that irk me:
People spamming F4 when they're down on wave 5 and everyone already has their own bit of aggro they're dealing with. It's just like
People who want to loot treasure rooms when you're trying to speed run. People who want to speed run when you're trying to get everything. There should be another search filter for speedrun rooms so we can separate these people.
Things about MP itself that irk me: the amount of maps, the amount of factions, the store system and how getting good gear is hard and random as hell, loading into a match and not being able to move, the glitch that makes the map and enemies disappear and it looks like you're standing outside on air or in a green field. Oh yeah, and animations like leaping shot not firing so the whole point of using it to get out of danger becomes null.
The one that takes the irksome cake is the infinite black screen loading though. I could do with that getting fixed as soon as possible.

Must be some guaranteed trick how to increase chance of getting purple!
Yes - how would it not be?
Here is how it works:
Mr Cheap Health Care runs back to grab the last font and arrives at the door just when a PuG is geting bored and annoyed.
The PuG opens the door to the next stage, the doors to the last font close, Mr Cheap Health Care tries to shove his foot in the door to prevent it, foot is bruised and Mr Cheap Health Care gets teleported to the group.
Mr Cheap Health Care, highly overdosed on the pain-killers his body acitvated, stumbles along, not noticing at first the guaranteed purple his toe is becoming.
But it gets better! (More purple)
When they arrive at the next font - guess what happens to the shoe containing Mr Cheap Health Care's purple toe? And would the toe not find soothing comfort in a refreshing bath in the well of life?
+1 if it's a stinky dwarf toe and an Elf tries to have a sip of the font at the same time.
