Heya,

 

So i was wondering how can i change the landmark banner, normally i would go  to skyhold and change them but it doesn't work.

 

In skyhold it does but when i go to other zones they all use inquisition template and do not change.

 

Anyone knows a way how to change the landmark banners since it seems they do not change, thanks for the info.

The banners you place to claim landmarks or caches will always be Inquisition banners no matter which banner type you select at the customization table. Only the ones around Skyhold change. I don't know whether this is a bug or if it's intended.
