Umm im not sure you understand what I mean.  I just want this the social.bioware account to be associated with the email

Isn't there a moderator or admin capable of doing that (and if there is can someone tell me how to contact them?)

As a side note, is it normal for social.bioware.com accounts not to show up on ea accounts?

Your social.bioware.com account is an EA account under the hood.  Once you created an account with the bad email you created a new EA Account associated with it.  To change the email you have to do it on EA's site at https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do.  Changing the email over there will change it over here.  If there is already an EA account associated with the other email, then you can either just login here with the email address you really want, and create a new username, or contact EA Support to merge the two accounts (needed if you have content associated with one when you want to use the other one.)

The email is correct. The lack of a gamertag is not.

ToddBlog, I have heard that yesterday it was taking a couple of hours for the gamertag linkage to show up on the redeem code page, you may just need to wait a little bit.

Well, it shouldn't be possible to share e-mail addresses with an EA account without the two accounts being linked. Have you tried relogging here using the e-mail address?

The account selected when redeeming is the account DLC is being unlocked for. I would wait for the Gamertag to show up.

If the email addresses are all matched up I would think you're probably good to go, but it depends on how much you trust EA's account system.

No. You can have EA support move entitlements between accounts, however.

I've never seen anything that complicated for a video game



xboxlive, social.bioware and EA accounts must share the same e-mail ?



My problem is :

* EAonline : i have an account associated with email#1

* social.bioware : I bought a PC version of Dragon Age, and created a social.bioware account which I associated with email#1

* xBoxLive : I bought the x360 version of ME2, and my xboxlive account is associated with email#2



What are my options ?

My problem is that I have connected me ea account to this bioware account with the same email address for my xbox 360. On the ea side of it my gamer tag has been linked up. It has not linked up on the bioware side and I used my code hastily... Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem too. The EA persona thing says that someones is already using that gamertag. This is what happens when a good developer merges with a money-gobbler. Can a site administrator offer any help because it shouldn't be this difficult to get a piece of armor. Help?

same here... ive also noticed that for some people that have used/activated  their cerberus card have lost access to them in the proccess of having thier Gamertag linked with their EA account . do you think there is a high possiblity that will happen to me?

I wanna get this sorted out cause I know im gonna have similar problems in the future with EA / Bioware games that i buy with bonus content!

What if you inter the new email account and it says already in use. Because it turns out that email used for my xbox live and i cant use that for the email on EA. And plus my gamer tag says its takin. this is bull**** 1st my old gamer tag gits hacked and microsoft did not do a dame thing now im tryin git some armor that shood be on my xbox like a month ago thay shood make a update on live alowing everbody that ****ed up the code just do it on thar xbox

You have already used it for an EA account, that's why you're being told it's taken -- by you. DA:O is not the first game with logins like this.
