Ok so I created a profile on here called Relentless31. Ok, but when I was making it, it kept giving me an error. So I changed the name to Relentless99. Well, I register my codes for Dragon Armor and the Shale guy, everything good so far. I get an email from EA saying I made a master account or whatever. Then I go in the game and I dont see anything like that under the content. Also, when I try to log into my profile from the game using this info, it won't connect. I looked at my content on here and it shows that I have the dragon armor and shale, but when I click on my profile it says profile not found. wtf is going on?
This is jacked up.

I should let you know that if you're trying to do things today the server is very overloaded due to the Mass Effect 2 release.
Login into the game using the email associated with the account where you can see the content. If you are having problems logging in, make sure your password doesn't have any special characters. The game client doesn't like them, even it works to log into the website.
If you continue to have connection problems, this post lists out which ports need to be open for the game to communicate with the server.
Once you can log into the game, if the content doesn't download see the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for help resolving common problems getting content to download.

Thanks for the reply. I reset my password again and tried the no special characters. Now I can log back onto this message board, but when I try to log in through the game, it keeps saying my password is wrong.
