Where can I find more quests for more Cunning for my Assassin build?

Hi, does anyone know a list of quests that gives the Cunning attribute as a reward? I would like to get about 8 more Cunning points for my Archer Assassin, I'm at 96% critical chance on my character and with 8 more points I can get to 100%. I have already done the quest in Chateau d'Onterre in the Emerald Graves for +10 Cunning and I have already gone into the Fade for 1-2 points of each attribute. Does anyone else know where I can get more points? I could achieve 100% if I wear my Prowler Armor or switch to my Swan Bow, but I really like how the coat looks and how the Masterwork Spiked Bow looks. I would really like to keep my character look good and still achieve 100% critical chance. So if anyone knows where I can get more, that would be much appreciated.

I have researched that having maximum Dexterity is better than having more Cunning for a Rogue, but after experiencing 100% critical chance, I believe I can do more damage overall than having about only 15% critical chance and like 260% critical damage. I also know there are skills in the skill tree that allows automatic critical damage, but if I'm not mistaken, that is only for dual daggers? With 100% critical chance and my bow, I start off at about 600 damage and goes up due to the consecutive trait that increases damage after each shot. So after 10 seconds from being in battle, I can do over 1000 damage per shot and up to 1500 damage per shot, so I think that is worth it to trade off of Dexterity for damage over time.

So that is why I am searching for more Cunning, I wish to still wear my Prowler Coat which looks better and still keep my 100% critical chance if possible, 96% is still not bad, but I would like to reach to maximum if possible with more quest rewards. I have also noticed that there isn't a single Tier 3 medium armor boots that has a utility leather slot, which is pretty weird and stupid. I did notice the Tier 2 Hunter Coat Legs, which I don't think I can get anymore. You have to be at certain level to get Tier 2 schematics, right? Like 10-15? I am at level 22 and about to go to the Winter Palace, so at that level I don't think I can get that anymore to get more attributes. Unless someone knows where I can farm Tier 2 schematics, that would be helpful.

Thanks for reading.

I could be crazy here, but stacking that much crit on an assassin seems redundant.  Assassin's get 100% crit from stealth.  Assassin archer's will one-shot most normal enemies with stealth->full shot.

Once I get about 50% crit, I start focusing on crit damage.  It's a lot easier to stack too considering 1 cunning  = 0.5% crit chance but 1 dexterity = 1 % crit damage.

Yeah, I did like seeing a high critical damage when it does crit. I had like 262% critical damage and about 15% base critical chance before by going maximum Dexterity, but when it came to just normal basic attacks, I get 300-ish damage per shot and like a maximum of 1500 damage when I do crit. So far my highest critical damage with Full Draw is like 18k, with my 100% critical chance build, I can still get about as high as 13k damage with Full Draw, combining with each basic shot, that's a lot more damage in my opinion. I mean you can continuously fire and each shot is over 1k damage and does add to more numbers over time. I can still maintain like 150% critical damage with 100% critical chance, lost about 110% critical damage, but this just seems more interesting for damage over time. Also, I'm not sure if that automatic crit from attacking from stealth works with bows, but I could be wrong. So if anyone can verify this, it would most certainly help, from the look of the symbol, there seems to be a dagger in it and I don't see it carrying a bow or says anything about a bow.

I don't advocate going for pure dex.  What I recommend is focus on craftable gear that provide offense leather first and foremost, and then utility leather.  Put crit chance in the offense leather (bear hide) and dexterity in the utility leather (bear hide).  This provides adequate crit.  Plus, every attack from stealth is an automatic crit.

This. With as many abilities as rogues in general - and assassins in particular - get to auto-crit, trying to stack the normal, non-stealth, non-flank crit chance to 100% is beyond redundant. It's a loss of damage compared to all other viable options, unless you don't really utilize stealth, flanking or putting enemies to sleep. But that would be a rather unorthodox way of playing an assassin, with a lot of wasted abilities.

Well, I only use Stealth when I am using a Full Draw or Hidden Blades after I use Mark of Death or if I need to sneak pass the enemies at the start of the fight so I can flank them with Long Shot and kill some of them off. But after stealth, I just use my basic attacks and Leaping Shot to finish them off.

What are the stats of your rogues?

Well, this is interesting, the new update from today removed the amulet of power exploit, not that I care about my teammates' points. But I found a Tier 2 schematic farm spot, Valammar, finally got the Tier 2 Hunter Coat Legs, took like 2 hrs of reloading my save. Also they said stability with the game, I just wish they would be more specific... :(

Now there's a storage crate at Skyhold, that is most certainly helpful.

Even 50% crit chance is too much for an assassin. The sweet spot is probably close to 30%.

Really?  Based on what?  Archer doesn't have sneak attack to double their crit.  They have no crit boosts from passives other than from stealth.

Back to the OP.  I'm not saying don't stack crit chance.  I'm just saying don't use cunning to get crit chance up.

Yeah, I'll test to see what crit chance I get with just great bear hide, then if it is still pretty good, I'll apply it on my next Rogue character which will use Daggers instead.

By the way, which Rogue Specialization do you think I should play next if I go with Daggers? I kinda want to explore each specialization with each class.

Just an FYI, daggers are a bit different.  Sneak attack passive doubles your crit.  You don't need as much crit chance with daggers as you do with archer.  But still, cunning's return on crit chance is so craptastic that it's not worth it.
