I know there's already a topic about multiple repeat/reject Inquisitor playthroughs showing up under Heroes because of remaking a character, or deleting one you didn't want anymore, or something. I'm suffering from the same problem, but I have an extra one on top of this, where a few of my current and permanent Inquisitors are refusing to show up at all. Loading their saves, making sure they're synced with Origin, making sure I'm online; none of it's getting them recognized by the Keep.

I'm actually really disappointed because one of the ones that's missing is one that I actually really wanted to use in a world state eventually, but I have no idea how to load her up. I really wish I understood how this worked. Anyone else getting this problem and/or has found a way to solve it?

Yes, I've had an Inquisitor not show up. I'm not worried about it until we get the DA:I tiles

I have an Inquisitor not showing up, too. I've since completed her playthrough, and she's still not there. (And until the da:i tiles were available, in the "playthrough states" she was defaulting to a human mage instead of dwarf rogue)

Yeah, even now that the DA:I tiles are available, I still have an Inquisitor missing, and it's the exact one I wanted to use. What's bizarre to me is that the Keep has apparently registered the choices I made in her playthrough (and ONLY her playthrough) because those choices are showing as unlocked, but she herself is still missing entirely. I really hope there's a fix for this.

Same problem here. I also have a many playthrough where I romanced Dorian and all the other companions, but they're still hidden.

Edit: I just had to load every save game (I used saves game from after the end credits) and save the game again. After I did that my romances and decisions showed up in the keep.

My first Inquisitor is not my canon PT. All the wrong choices :P

Here's the fix:

ALLOW US TO DELETE OUR HEROES FROM THE KEEP ... THEN WE RELOAD DA:I AND REUPLOAD OUR CHARACTERS THAT ARE VALID FROM IN GAME.

You're welcome.

I'm having the same problem. Lots of my deleted characters' saves appear in the Keep, while one of my canon Inquisitor doesn't. :(
Also, some of the choices I've made don't appear: the tiles say "hidden". For example, I've chosen for Iron Bull to save the ship and be a Qunari, but the only choice that appears in my Keep is "Iron Bull chose to become a Tal-Vashoth"... what?! He didn't!
Same for Dorian: the only choice I have is "Dorian left for Tevinter after he helped the Inquisition"... not at all! He definitely chose to stay, he told me so during the final party.
Oh, and this didn't work for me:

I've loaded every game save after the end credits and save the game, made sure I was online and connected to Origins. Still my choices don't appear. Is this a common issue? What should I do? :/

I have 5 Inquisitors, the first 2 are missing. Both are Qunari...

I have 2 Inquisitors not showing up, and for one of them I completed the playthrough. I tried the tip suggested by the Keep to re-save the game, but they don't show up anyway. If it's not possible to choose our Inquisitors, they should at least put an option to allow us to change the default name of the characters. I don't think that the appearance is somehow imported, but if we can at least choose the name, it would be a starting point.

Appearance won't be imported but they might be working on a some sort of thing based on the art style of the keep

I have 4 PTs now, 2 of which are complete (280 hours, c'mon) but my inquisitors won't show up either. But instead I have 2 old deleted characters that I just created and haven't played (they were just test characters). Very disappointing.

I'm also getting a similar thing. I've got two Inquisitors (out of my current total of 40 different playthroughs on PS4, with only 39 showing in Keep) which are duplicates where I deleted a character and then started again to change their appearance and kept the second version. And then the two playthroughs which I've actually completed refuse to show up. I've loaded up their last saves (from after the credits) and saved them again, but no luck so far.

Since I've got two doubles showing up that shouldn't be there (since the characters were deleted) I'm missing three Inquisitors.

Question for those with missing Inquisitors: What difficulty mode were you playing on that Inquisitor?

My missing Inquisitor is the only one I played on Hard mode, and I'm wondering if that's relevant or just a coincidence.

Don't think that's it =\

I have 3 inquisitors that stayed on hard mode for the entire game.

One of them shows up fine, and the other two are conspicuously absent

yeah I think it's a coincidence. the only character I played on hard mode shows up fine. the one I played on nightmare was missing, but so is the one I played on casual, which is the one I wanted to use.

the only sort of workaround I have is to make a new character, with the same name, race, class, gender, and hope that the Keep picks it up properly. since I don't think appearance or anything else gets imported, it feels like the next best thing. I did it for my missing Inquisitor and although it's not her original iteration, this one at least shows up in the Keep so I can use it, and in there you can't tell the difference. it makes me feel better anyway, at least until this gets fixed or something.

I have the same problem. One deleted inquisitor shows up in the keep and none of my current ones. The choises made with them shows up tho but the accual quizzies are not found in the heroes section of the keep. (I'm on XB1)

I've been stupid >_< I looked into my game's settings and there was a thingy with "transfer your choices to the Keep" or smth (I have different language) and my choices are there.

However the characters themselves don't show up in the "Characters" section in the Keep and in all world states there're still default female human mage .

Having the same problem with my two most often played Inquisitors. Neither of them show, only the three that I've only just completed the prologue with.

I have the same problem; my first character is definitely missing but her choices are still available. I just named a default rogue Lavellan after her as a temporary patch, since re-loading and syncing is proving useless. However, seeing I'm not the only one warms my heart... in a twisted way.
