The whole point of the beta was to test that the dlc worked. The feedback from the Beta was that the tinting worked but the BE still had bugs.

Makes me wonder where they are going for DLC as well...the first guess is Kirkwall and the Free Marches...

The whole point of language and communication is to communicate so that most people understand. If most people don't then the whole point is lost. If you want your point to be heard then you need to adjust to your audience. I mean this is public speaking 101 here. This isn't about being right or wrong this is about knowing how to communicate effectively to your audience if you can't do that, you're fucked. They fucked up. Frankly, if they can't see how that could have been misinterpreted then whoever wrote it is dumber than I am giving them credit for, but hey who knows.

Yeah, I'm sure the people writing articles about the patch beta really had their hearts set on getting the Black Emporium with patch 5.

It still makes sense: the first time you have to discover it while you are visiting the city, after that you can use the Eluvian for direct access.

Would be interesting if a patch unlocks the Eluvian network, and we explore campaigns through the mirrors, including the Black Emporium as a taste.

That sounds kind of odd since the Eluvian shows up so late in the game... unless there is already one in Skyhold when you arrive?  Or maybe Haven has one?  I guess we'll see....

I don't minded if that's the case. This IS a place where you could obtain powerful and rare weapons, so it would only make sense to have it available in later levels.

Why would we have to visit Kirkwall first when we have an Eluvian of our own to get there from the comfort of our base?
