this might not make any sense, but i had the same problem. i deleted the game and reinstalled it. it then asked me for my email account address on start up and Cerberus Network booted up with no issues...

hmmm. maybe i'll give that a shot. i'm tempted to put in my collectors armor code since some people said that worked for them
