I can't get Mother Giselle to give me Dorian's inner circle quest. Does anyone know when a fix will be released for the PS4? I didn't see it listed on the most recent patch. Thanks for any help!

When you talk to Mother Giselle where is she located for you? You didn't clarify. She has to be in the Thrown Room in order for you to receive his Inner Circle quest.

She's always in the garden. She hasn't spawned anywhere else yet.

I'm getting this bug as well. If you have his approval too high too soon, the conversation about Felix won't happen, and thus the personal companion quest won't happen. But I did get the Felix conversation. So maybe there is another bug where Dorian's approval must be higher than that. Or maybe if is approval drops below a certain point it removes the quest and it never triggers again if approval is gained.

Hmm. Alright, then. This could probably mean your approval isn't high enough with him.
 
Have you talked to him about Felix yet? Mother Giselle should appear in the Throne Room shortly thereafter asking for your attention. If you haven't received the dialogue option about Felix by now then try doing things that'll earn his approval. Luckily he's an easy-to-please character (IMO). He approves mostly of witty and flirty responses and disapproves when you speak badly about Mages and Tevinter.
 
There should be a couple minor War Table missions dealing with him which when finished should earn his approval, however I can't recall whether they appear before or after doing his Inner Circle quest. Sorry.  

PS. The missions should be located in Orlais on the War Table.

I've done all of his other quests/war table missions and gone through all of his available conversations topics. (Even hunted down all of the Venatori). I had a high approval before getting to Skyhold.

I was having this same problem on Xbox One. Thanks to the advice of someone here, I finally got it to work. There is an option while talking to Dorian in which you ask him about Alexius. If you ask him about Alexius before his personal quest triggers, it blocks the quest. So, try avoiding that question.
