The game keeps freezing, frame rate drops, just last night I got a corrupt save after I tried to save my game and it froze in the process, and that's after the patch. I like the ability to color our gear, but that's not really worth if it takes away other better options, I'Il finish my play through just because I'm almost at the end and it's on nightmare (which is another thing I didn't like about this game, I play Bioware games for the story, not combat, for combat action I'd rather play Dragon's Dogma, but since I have platinum on the other games), so after finishing this play through I'll delete the patch for any new play, it's just not worth the trouble. I want to be clear, I'm not hating on Bioware, I'm a huge fan of their games, I played all ME games both on 360 and PS3 and I still have the games, I played all of the DA games on PS3 and still have the games, played DA:I on PS4 and now playing on PS3, so I really like their games, I'm just disappointed on their patch priorities, the amulet of power was an option to avoid grinding on future play throughs where I just want to have fun, so if it's not to fix important things than I'd rather have the game as it was.

coming from someone who isn't the biggest fan of SP in most games at all.  It stupid to patch things in SP that players can do the enhance the enjoyment they get out of it....especially when many people have a very limited time to game.  Patching out fast and OPTIONAL ways to get influence and gold is a diservice to fans and the person in charge of these decisions does not "get it" at all.  They should not be in a decision making position unless they start thinking about the people playing the game first.

TLDR.  If its in SP and its OPTIONAL then leave it alone.

Anyone else notice the unlimited stealth one? haha good fun for a sneaky playthrough. Although more or less completely game breaking imo.

I'm going to say this, if you don't want an exploit to get patched, then don't post about it everywhere about how you can do this, and even make a video of how to do said exploit. Enough said.

Could be worse, you could have bought The Crew, a online, open world racing game where the developers cant even fix being able to "crew" up with your friends, now thats a damn joke lol

I'm just disappointed on their patch priorities, the amulet of power was an option to avoid grinding on future play throughs where I just want to have fun, so if it's not to fix important things than I'd rather have the game as it was.

Their very first patches were basically meant to fix some serious issues with the game, so I think it's a bit unfair to say that they don't have their priorities straight when it comes to bug fixes.

Leaving the exploits alone allows gamers to avoid using micro-transactions in the Multiplayer game. After all, why pay when you don't have to? Egro the bug fixes... what people need to do is not report them... simple

I just killed Imshael, no Amulet of Power for Cole.

Someone at Bioware NEEDS to be made Tranquil as punishment.

Or they can make them available for purchase at the BE.

Their very first patches were basically meant to fix some serious issues with the game, so I think it's a bit unfair to say that they don't have their priorities straight when it comes to bug fixes.

Ok, how come my game is buggy as hell, even worse after the patch, now it's become almost impossible to walk in the main hall at Skyhold 90% of the time, the frame rate drops so much it seems I'm looking at pictures. Another thing, people falling through the ground during conversation, seems to happen way to much now, last night I fell through the ground at Skyhold while talking with Solas, straight out of the map, now I feel I have to every 5 minutes, and specially before talking to someone. I never noticed any improvement in party conversation either, they still hardly ever talk, another good reason not to bring them during travels either is that they seem to be getting hurt just by walking much more often now, wasting all of the health potions, without being in any fight, it's not from fall damage either as it happens even when walking in the desert. Another thing to point out, but that's not a bug, it's the fact that there's no real reason to bring mages with us while traveling, to much of a hindrance, they can't heal anymore, on the contrary they're the ones using all the health potions, I end up fighting mobs by myself since I always have to assign two of the party members to defend the "now" useless mages, only good for fade torch light and a few barrier opening, I should've just get myself a flashlight. Back to the exploits matter, no improvement, in fact my game became almost unplayable after the patch, sad really because of the option to color our gear is really cool, but to risk having hours of gameplay gone corrupt (as it has happened to me not just once) and now I have no other option to get skills back but to grind again kind of sucks, so yeah if you like the update keep it, I'm sure ain'ain't after my play through is done. The only way Bioware would be forgiven would be by giving me the option to have Viviane executed, burned in a big fire, plus war table mission to have her relatives hunted down and executed as well, to eliminate her whole generation line... ;D

There are different responses here so I'm a little fuzzy:

Can we or can we not farm schematics in locations such as the Suliven Keep with the most recent patches?

Not being able to load new World States since you need to be online to connect to DA servers. You'll only be able to play the default story with pre loaded choices from past DA games, which usually suck.

Even more bugs than now (yeah, it is possible) and the fact the radar doesn't show loot and materials.

I have never understood why game companies simply do not make difficulty level have a much finer granularity and be more dynamic. Turn off the radar minimap and your difficulty multiplier goes up. Turn off quest markers and it goes way up. Make the number of starting healing potions the party has be a slider from 8 to 16. Set it above 8 and the difficulty goes down.

Give a straight-up Gimme More Money feature and place no limits on its use. Just set a flag when it's used and lower the difficulty multiplier based on how much money the player gives themselves.

Have a flag choice that says gimme access to all T2 or T3 or whatever schematics and a seller appears in skyhold who has everything. Set the difficulty multiplier down.

The point is that you make the configuration of the game much more flexible so that people are much more likely to find the sweet spot that makes them happy, which can change significantly with multiple playthroughs. More playthroughs equals more DLC purchases and more likely to buy sequel customers.

And you maintain the integrity of your scoring by having all of those tweaks appropriately raise or lower the difficulty multiplier, which is multiplied against baseline values for critters and quests and codices and the like. As part of the process you save configuration data so when the score is posted you have their baseline score, multiplier, final score, and all their various settings that get displayed with the score for accurate comparisons.

That (done correctly) should also broaden the range of difficulty, and that means more and more happy customers. And you have no problems because the difficulty levels are recorded and displayed along with posted scores.

And you can make the top end of the difficulty much more difficult, so those guys who want to spend 6 months living on five hour energy, mountain dew, and cheetos can beat it at super mega uber nightmare mongo difficulty with a multiplier of 912, where you play solo, only get one leg no horse and no armor slots, and have to hop around at 1/3 speed for the entire game.
