Me. I've come to appreciate all of the companions for different reasons, even the ones I wholeheartedly disagree with like Vivienne and Sera.
Except Tallis. She can follow Prosper off the cliff.

I don't hate anyone myself, but I like some more than others.
No. I don't even romance anyone in inquisition unless I was into dudes, which I am not. Maybe there will be other options in the expansion or dlc.
Doubtful. I don't see them adding any more romances to this game.
I always found Oghren to be "meh" and I hated Sten and Morrigan at first but grew to love both as I got to know them. In DA2 Bethany was the "meh" to a lesser degree than Oghren because she at least had a family connection to you which was interesting. I liked Anders in DA:A but not in DA2 and to this day I hate Merrill. I liked the rest of the DA:O and DA2 characters though. I like all the companions in DA:I to an extent though to a lesser degree than previous companions. I kind of feel like they were less fleshed out which probably has a lot to do with the fact that there are no side quests they interact with as they did in previous games which helped define their character. The also hardly interact with the main quest.
Gods no. I can barely tolerate the cast of DA2 save for Aveline and Varric. Even the dlc companions were awful, especially special snowflake Tallis. It didn't help that everyone was hit with the irrational, crazy idiot stick.
The DA2 cast are the reason I appreciate level headed characters like Cassandra, Sten and Vivienne so much.
I only really, really dislike Velanna of the all companions. I just disliked the whole psycho attitude:
Velanna: They killed my sister!!!
Warden: But they didn't.
Velanna: Oh.... meh I'll just kill them anyway.
Am not a big fan of Sera. Again I had the misfortune of seeing her psycho kicking in a noble's head in my first playthrough. I don't think she's a bad character, she just isn't my cup of tea and I don't like that I can barely understand her dialogue.
Vivienne and Blackwall are a bit "meh" for me. Vivienne doesn't have much of a personal quest and I was really disappointed that she didn't contribute anything at the masked ball quest. I really liked Blackwall's surprising reveal... but it still doesn't change the fact that you're stuck with a fairly boring greywarden character for 3/4 of the game that doesn't even have any real info or insight into the wardens.
I only ever recruited Loghain for the achievement of having recruited everyone in DAO. I didn't like him. Not one bit. I always killed him off. Plus to me he always looked like he was sniffing stinky cheese. Fenris always made me crabby in DA2, but I didn't hate him. It was a challenge to make him fall for my Hawke. The more I play DAI the less I like Solas. I never take him anywhere and I'm to the point where I don't even bother talking to him. I couldn't even bring myself to have my Dalish mage romance him in my last playthrough. And he doesn't even have fun party banter.

Blackwall's biggest disappointment to me was his immaturity in regards to Sera and towards your other characters. Here is a guy that seems respectable and then he engages in immature behaviour. Sera is a teenager, I can justify that. Blackwall ... wtf man? Outside of that I really liked him.
I still dislike DA2 Anders. I also refuse to spend my money on the DLC for that chantry bloke.
Not every, but the majority.
I grew to like Sten, Shale, Nathaniel, Sigrun, Fenris, Aveline, Sebastian, Varric, Carver, Cassandra, and Sera.
I liked, but then learned to NOT like Ogrhen, Wynne, Zevran, Anders, Justice, Vivienne, and Solas.
All the others I either liked or didn't like and really didn't change my opinion of them. Except Blackwall, whom I liked, didn't, then did.
I think I'm in the minority with at least two of these, but I could never like Wynne, Aveline, and DA2 Anders.
Anders is obvious, not just because he kills a lot of people but also because he's kind of a dick who's incapable of being amicable. Noticeable by he's almost entirely antagonistic dialog with Seb. Despite Seb being one of the more laid back companions in DA, and not very forceful with his religion.
As for Wynne and Aveline, I'm not sure exactly what it is about them, but it's something. Maybe Wynne because she rats on you for using bloodmagic in that cut dialog (I know, it was cut, I'm being pedantic) it always rubbed me the wrong way that she knew you were a bloodmage the entire time but didn't say ****, then as soon as you've saved her and Irving she tells on you like a little baby.
For Aveline, I think it's more of a personal issue because there was the girl who annoyed me when I was a kid, and Aveline always reminds me of her. Not a fault of the character, it's something on my end. Like how I never liked Kelly because my friend's horrible little sister was named Kelly and she'd always blame us for stuff to get us in trouble.
I recall Seb being pretty overt in his faith. Maybe he wasn't shoving it down you throat but very quickly I realized that he is very pro-chantry.
But yeah, Anders/Vengeance was pretty antagonistic by the time the 3rd act rolled around.
I liked and made nice with the vast majority of the companions. I don't agree with all their goals or methods but they don't agree with mine either. Still, my Warden,Hawke,Inquisitor was able to find enough common ground to build a friendship. The exception to this is Loghain who has never been a companion and Sebastian. Sebastian just annoys me to the point that I want to provoke him.
No. I actually went in the opposite direction; I used to really like Wynne and Anders and eventually couldn't stand them.
I like most of the DA companions in the series.
Some I don't like or hate, am just indifferent to: Merrill, Fenris, Sera, DA2 Anders.
I don't hate any of the companions unless we're counting Loghain as a companion.
The only Dragon Age companion I can literally say I completely can't like/respect/see eye-to-eye with ever at all would have been Anders. He cried all the time and misplaced his emotions for TEMPLARS with the Chantry and has caused me to have to put down every mage I see. All the way from Origins to present Inquisition I cant say anyone has made me hate them quite like him.....Hawks brother was an douche but still had his logical reasoning.
I'm fond of almost every DA character. I do have a hard time with Velanna though. I understand her and why she acts and reacts the way she does, but man she does not make it easy to like her.
DA:O had the only cast that I pretty much loved across the board (Oghren I was luke warm towards).
DA:A brought Anders and Howe, both were a lot of fun. I actively hate Velanna and I to this day have never recruited Sigrun.
DA2 was more of a spectrum. I enjoyed Aveline, Isabela, and especially Varric a great deal, but thought the game ruined Anders for me and find Carver to be extremely whiny.
DA:I is closest to DA:O in terms of likable companions on my spectrum. The only exception is Sera. She's down there with Carver and ME1 Tali as my most hated Bioware characters.

Seems like my first impressions are lasting ones. Although maybe Alistair moved from buddy role to annoying whiner a bit.
Tali's an interesting one. She never seemed to have a strong enough presence to even get actual hate lol.DA:O had the only cast that I pretty much loved across the board (Oghren I was luke warm towards).
