Ah the lack of anything really pro elf in the companions my cousin was so ticked off about that they absolutely hated Sera with a burning passion because of her how much she didn't like any elves that were too elfy, it was amazing hearing them just rage about it to me while I was doing my Sera run, they got pissed every time she was on screen Don't normally care one way or the other about the Dalish myself but I can see the appeal of wanting an elf companion that is more pro Dalish in the next game.

Dragon Age should at least be original and make a Brianna Wu or a Jonathan Mackintosh companion.

Nah I was romancing her with a qunari since she seemed to really like them. My cousin was playing a pro Dalish elf and was romancing Cassandra but just took Sera in their party to the Exalted Plains along with Solas and said it was a huge mistake because Sera and I quote 'Was being a childish b*tch and dismissing everything Solas was saying' I don't think I'd ever try to romance her with a Dalish or play Dalish again anytime soon. (I just can't take the stick arms in the Skyhold outfit)

Romancing Sera is frustrating if you're an elf, imo. You have to try a little too hard to impress her... and there's a lot of "maybes" as opposed to "woof" or, if you're dwarf, "OMG you're so smushey".

 

But.. apparently the drama, if you're elf and pro Dalish, is delicious. If you're into that.

I was going to romance her with a dwarf but I kept hearing about how much she liked qunari so I went with that instead. 

 

 

Nah Talis is Qunari and rubbish in a fight I'd hate being stuck with her for that reason alone

Cause when you go kiss Sera on the balcony as a dwarf.. it looks awkward as ****. Plus, you can imagine Sera having some serious back issues after a while and that's... not on.

 

Plus, that is her preference = less effort put in to lock in romance.

 

Yeah can't argue with you there... completely useless. I struggled in MoA dlc because SHE was in my party. Still, I enjoyed the character.

 

Romancing her wtih a qunari was pretty awesome if I ever pick up the game again though I might try with dwarf too just because I like playing them so much.
I'll bet I've only done two romances as a dwarf and the kissing did look a little awkward most of the time bu most of the time they grew a couple feet.

 

I still enjoy MoA and don't really like or dislike her one way or the other but she was just horrible in a fight even on the easier settings she went down so quickly, so if they fix that all up and make her not fall in the first two seconds I wouldn't mind her as a companion.
