Previous to today's patch, planting herbs in my courtyard garden upgrade were regrowing after picking them.
I logged in to the new patch earlier and NONE of my plants were there... or, better yet, they're there in their 'picked' state, but it just says to 'Plant New Seed'
Now, it's not just that they won't regrow... I planted new plants, I've since played 6 hours (3 hours, break (logging completely out of game/Origin), 3 hours more), and zoned in and out of Skyhold many times (after questing, even a main mission), and NOTHING is growing. The seed packets that normally sit there after you choose a new plant disappeared after my first re-zone into Skyhold, to be replaced by the same 'picked' plant images that were there before, and hovering wants me to 'replant.'
With the image of the picked plants showing I can't be sure if plants just haven't spawned yet... but 23 hours should have had at least ONE cycle; regardless of logged in/out.
It's frustrating for sure.
