Hey all,

I was wandering around the Western Approach, near the astrarium in the Echoback Fort location. When while going up a little cliff to the left of the astrarium, I spotted a glowing item in a small hole. It was glowing similar to when there is landmark or logging camp to claim. I got as close as I could to it (cliff kept making me fall off) and saw what looked like a cup or something floating. Has anyone else seen this?

 

 I wanted to upload a screenshot, but cannot figure out how to do so. Any tips greatly appreciated, so you can see what I am talking about.

No one knows what it is. It's either a bug (misplaced item) or an easter egg.

Its a cup, i figured it is an Easter egg to the Holy Grail

There's also an arrow in the roof at Skyhold (Elven arrow with inscription). Only came across it by accident. It's in the roof overlooking the courtyard. accessed by the lower balcony, almost opposite of Josephine's room.

It's the Holy Grail. You're not supposed to be able to get to it.

Yep, I found that too. I was taking the ... quick way down (who has time to take the stairs) and found it. Love stuff like that.

Great shot DanteYoda! This is the exact shot I had (just looked alot worse). So we aren't supposed to get it, I guess.. well at least I am not the only one who spotted it. And seeing as you are most likley playing the PC version, and I the Xbox One it seems to be across the board to be "found". Thanks everyone.

Looks as if Sera will leap forward to grab it, then one must decide which to rescue. Also, bringing a parental unit on this quest is recommended....

I tried from all angles to get it, i found no way, and in my screenshot where i'm standing is an invisible barrier blocking me from getting any closer.

I was curious about another place in Western Approach. It's just above the location of last, 4th camp in the area. It probably contains just some random loot but is it possible to get here at all?

Yes I jumped there with the Horse, tried it about 100 times, but finally it worked!

I tried from all angles to get it, i found no way, and in my screenshot where i'm standing is an invisible barrier blocking me from getting any closer.

 

Same here.. I hit that barrier and either stopped cold or bounced back and fell/slid back down.

Has anyone been able to claim the Griffon Wing landmark? I can't figure out how to get to it.. I have tried before raising the flag and after (since after there is a table in the way when you claim the keep).

Was the loot worth it though?

 

(Problem I find with RNG loot is you go out of your way to open a big chest only to find a cheap miniature of Andraste inside.)

I think you are referring to the landmark in the well under the fortress...

I'm not sure but one area there you must go into via a tunnel.

I think i might have jumped onto that corner, not sure.

 

By the way character looks like a cute Jawa in that picture
