I've gotten everything I need four this quest, gobs the lion head, pressed the button, dragon tail never moved. Can't get balcony key, spent thirty minutes on the phone with ea support, they told me to come here. please help

You're not the only one to report that issue.  I had a few viewers come up with the same problem.  My suggested fix was to reload from a previous saved game.  That fixed it for the two people who actually came back and gave me an update.
