I've got the message via my terminal that they're int he armory, but i can't find them in the weapon loadout locker. Funny thing is, the armor is there in the captain's quarters.
Where are the guns...?

Should only be the one gun and you have to have the ability to use it for it to be there(Assault Rifle skill). If you are referring to the Blackstorm, then I have no idea, might have to research it first.

i am having the same problem i bought the game from direct2drive and it included collectors armor and weapon and some special rifle and in the game in my mail it says its in the armory yet when i go its not there

What class are you playing, and what characters do you have access too??
reason I am asking is to make sure you can see the guns due to having a character that can use them, ie if you are sentinel, you only get pistol and heavy pistol and if you haven't recruited Grunt or Zaeed, then you will not be able to look at Assault rifles yet.
Armor will be available in your captain's cabin not the armory.
