BioWare Social Network: The Bunz.

Play BioWare's brand new OPEN RPG as the one and only BUNZ. It's the year 2000-who-gives-a-f*ck and GIANT SPACE ALIEN SEX-BOTS have come to invade Earth. Bunz the Based Bathroom Boy only has one problem: how big it is and where to stick it.

Yeeaaaaaaahhhh!

Three hundred and forty eight hours of gameplay, sixty public bathrooms, four smoking-hot strip clubs, two gyms and only ONE internet provider. Explore the City of New York, Canada with DYNAMIC AI, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, steroids and boooooooze. Go online LIVE as you tell all your friends about how much your life sucked until YOU. PLAYED. THIS. GAME.

Here are some of our HONEST reviews from REAL people.

Cassandra Saturn: "Back when my mother died and I had to babysit my fourth brothers at the age of four, I had no one but myself. Troubled by the voices in my head and my Mafia-boss father this game just took me into a world I have never seen before! The magic of being able to see the man's body up-close and digital was such an erotic experience.... Korra."

GMMAGNUM: "it was a'ight tbh."

OneWomanArmy: "OH FOR FUC-"

KnightsOfColour: "This is gonna make an awesome LP thread."

MagmaRider: "Did you hear the new Sentai is out? Oh this game? Yeah, okay."

CRAZYRah: "Couldn't play since Chewin needed to be taken to the Old Folks Home."

E-Ro: "New York isn't in Canada."

Isichar: "Why can't I access the anime thread?"

simfamSP: "lolwtf."

Leo8Skylar: "I loved the imagery and how AI are represented. People sterotype synthetics to be nothing more than tools! This is wrong on so many levels. I've heard this game being called sexist on numerous occasions, but I think people simply do not understand. 'Grabbing' (as the masses like to put it) is no more than a metaphor for sexual liberation of the oppressed beorgeoisuises and a fine call back to David Leench's masterpiece Deadly Peaks."

AND SO MUCH MORE!

So come on and get yourself BioWare Social Network: The Bunz TODAY! This game is so F*CKING good we took our best writers from our other sucky-ass IPs to do the words for it. This game is so ******-in-your-face awesome that we took our time to animated ALL the bouncy beeeeewbs YOU wanted. For only the price of 69.99.99 and FOUR DLCS you can escape into the world of BUNZ and leave your crappy life behind.

We do not gaurantee 348 hours of gameplay. Gameplay will soley depend on in-game activities and time spent on LIVE BSN connection.

BEEEEEWBS.

So much great! So much post! So much wow!

So does anyone know what Gaider's role on this new game will be? Obviously a writer but are we talking lead writer or just a writer?

Also I am guessing this is the new IP referred to in the E3 ME4 teaser but anyone have any idea what it could be?

bioware-working-on-clean-sheet-contempor

Is this an image of the new IP or was it merely just an image of the next Mass Effect they showed while the coincidentally happened to be talking about the new IP sending people mixed messages? Looks like a pre-fab housing unit with a discarded washing machine out front.

Looks exciting.

I remember and interview Gaider did in 2013 or 2014 where he said he really enjoyed the setting of the ShadowRun universe, once that was an urban fantasy mix. So I think it would be nice if he was able to make a game in that setting.

Gaider outside of DA seems weird, though. Like Guns N Roses without Slash - just feels like something would be missing.

I still identify DA as being D&D mostly.. and by extension BG more than anything.. DA2 was really where I just didn't recognize that anymore.

Dude's been working on that stuff for over a decade and has nothing but abuse from it.

Any other sane guy would have left ages ago.

That's my problem - I identified DA:O as being the core of the series, when in reality, it was the outlier. There's not much D&D or BG about DA2 or DA:I.

One could also argue he's been working on that stuff for over a decade and has nothing but success from it.

They're making a sequel. :(

Yeah i read that the other day, You never know some sequels 'that should never be made' turnout pretty good.  I liked 2010 a space odyessy better than the original.

Yeah I'd be surprised if there wasn't some positive fan mail in there somewhere.

As far as Bioware generally I just identify it with the doctors really the most if I had to pick a person or group of people. When they left I was like... oh.....................................

I love the tabeltop for Dresden Files, just finished reading Skin Game. But yes, I feal that an sarcastic urban fantasy could work wonders with Bioware

Just so long as they are able to keep the freedom of the Dresden Files RPG intact. The beauty of the Fate system, and Dresden Files is that you can be whatever you want, provided you have the refresh for it.

If you want to play as a sentient, 50ft long, saltwater crocodile you can, there are no rules saying you can't.

Yeah.

If you want to ignore social media.

It's bad.

But "you suck" usually sticks more to a person than "you're great."

Cos aren't 80% of writers self conscious about their own work?

I read once of a someone that played as a disembodied fae possessing a broomstick. It really is one of the best rpg systems out there

Wouldn't be surprised if it's a new cash shop focused MMO now that they learned what makes money in SWTOR. They once said they almost did a Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings MMO.

If you base your professional success based on social media, you're doing it wrong.

Yeah according to social media everything that's not a carbon copy of the social media platform/view itself is bad kinda...

Yeah.

Got a point.

But yeah.

Still hurts since it's hard avoiding it.

Oh.

And there are terrible stuff that are really successful too.

I like DG tho'

I disagree. On the surface maybe, but mechanically, thematically, narratively and design-wise, they are pretty stark. It's much closer to TOR than BG.

Narrative aside, the systems that are in place from those two games are very similar if you compare them.

I will write down something when I am off work.
