Whenever I try to place the monument, it won't allow me to do so. I've even tried rebinding the key from the default F to another key, and to using multiple keys, and nothing. Now I can't get off the planet... any ideas?

To you if you're still watching this thread, and to the new poster: despite the game saying "F," you know it's the melee key that it wants you to hit? (I assume from the talk of rebinding Commissar Holt knew that, in which case I don't know what's wrong.)
