Bought the game a few months ago and played through to the hinterlands and haven't touched it since. The game slowed down quite a bit during combat, froze quite a bit, the typical stuff. Figure I give it awhile until a couple more patches come out and improve the experience a little further.

I saw a 360 thread down below but seemed to be focus more on graphics, I could care less about textures popping in and what not so long as the game runs smoother.

Thanks in advance and I'm sorry I'm a super-peasant

The game is junk on old-gen tbh.

My PS3 version plays fine really, I'm already on my 4th playthrough.  The graphics are worse of course but that was to be expected.  The only time I have crashes or anything are in Haven, I hate that place, every playthrough it will guarantee crash at least once there.  Pretty much every time when trying to talk to Cullen with the soldiers training there.

No the freezing and lagging while in combat doesn't seem to have gone away at all. I have both of those and I have to restart my game from time to time cause it freezes completely and doesn't respond to commands anymore. For me it's playable in PS3, but annoying at times. And yep it still looks like crap.

Been playing on my PS4 with no issues whatsoever

3 full playthroughs over 60 hours each and my game hasn't crashed once. Had a bug on my first playthrough but it was fixed by reloading my latest autosave.

Frame drops are few and far between and hardly noticeable.

But that is just my experience

I cant wait till they forget about last gen and start making next generation games. Havent played one yet. Ac Unity maybe with all the thousands of or hundreds on screen at once with so many indoor areas in the open world. Not to mention yo aren't just on ground level in that game and don't require any latters to go above ground. Yu can go anywhere and thus the world is technically much bigger from a code perspective. Idk how id compare it oto the likes of the opular open world games...

You would almost certainly have a better time on the new consoles.
