I liked the companions...and sidequest but I think there is room for Improvement (same with Main Story) . 

 

for exemple Iron Bull . Before the game release I kept hearing about 'Betrayal' ...and lets be honest : I though he would betray you !! That would have been a nice Twist ! Instead.....his quest was merely a Lame exuse and an alliance..and OMG Soo booring! 

 

I'm not saying 'Make him betray me so I can kill him !' ..I'm saying it lack emotions . IT lack suspense , tensions ! If ya dont care for the Qunari alliance , ya get the chargers . If ya don't care for either..its a waste of time doing it . He is like a Library filled with Knowledge..but doesn't act as he should be . Being far away from home doesn't and shouldnt change who he is . he is a Qunari follower of the Qun . And should act like it..not just give me dissaproval for saying Tal Vashot sheesh . 

 

Vivi could use a Quest related to the cirle and to the Court . Dragging her with ya to meet Celene should have mattered more then her standing in a corner . 

 

Varric Quest...that was a killer move . It was like 'Let reveal the secret of the Robe of Vecna' 

 

Dorrian , Cass , Sera quest were fine . Although I wouldnt mind meeting the real Red Jenny 

 

BW running off like that....where are my Guards ? 

 

Solas needed a side quest related to Ruins and the fades...not some Spirit-demon...

 

Cullen need a quest related to either meredith , the templar , or the church . 

 

Leliana need a quest related to the warden OR the church . 

 

Josephine need a quest related to....Nevarra ? wait is that where she is from ? lol

There was no real Red Jenny. It's a handle that encompasses everyone in Sera's group. Also, Josephine is not from Nevarra.

Josephine is from Antiva and a quest relating to Antiva or her family a little more would have been nice especially since Josie is very family oriented.

I would like to not still be calling Blackwall, Blackwall after his reveal. It's especially irritating when you romance him.

What if Vivienne knew Sera and used her before they were recruited:  "I know this girl named Sera.  She's good for procuring stuff.  You should recruit her."  Well I haven't really worked that one out.

I'd take Shroud as a companion if you lose him in the fade then you'd just be down a follower.

I'd take the Horsemaster's daughter as a warrior companion but now I have too many warriors.

What if Vivienne knew Sera and used her before they were recruited:  "I know this girl named Sera.  She's good for procuring stuff.  You should recruit her."  Well I haven't really worked that one out.

 

Eh, not sure if I'd care for that. I prefer not to have one recruited companion be a gate for another. Besides, it doesn't make sense for Vivienne to know who Sera is. She could know about the Friends of Red Jenny, but not be aware of all of its members, let alone be able to track one down specifically.

Amulets of power got kind of dumb. "Here's a rare power enhancing artifact" "oh neat" "here's 50 more".

Seriously, most common piece of gear in the game. Kind of liked in DAO where tomes were rare and you'd save up and go out of your way to get one, and i liked how you could use them on anybody versus them just happening to apply to a single character.

Everyone in ferelden must have one.
