Qunari males look lame anyways. Let them suffer with the "pajamas". It reinforces the point.

I feel a bit for the Qunari females though. :)

My Male Qunari Mage disagrees.  He is awesome in the field and them comes home to sadness and disgrace.  But in the field he looks like a devil of mythology.

Looking like a devil would be cool..

If I was 12. Or some inbred black metal fan. Either/or. Even when they're at their best, they're infantile.

The game is fine if you're playing as a human with family ties to the Templars.

If I were playing a Dwarf I'd want the option of a more Carta-esque attire.

As an Elf I'd want Keeper-style robes.

As a Qunari I don't understand why we can't have something closer to the Katari from multiplayer. Mercenaries don't wear Templar coats. That's my problem. A Qunari (male or female) dressing that way is just weird.

For a female Qunari it would be great if you could have something similar to the robes the Tamassran wore, in Those that Speak.

Yeah, I'll vote for more armors that are race based like the elves got. Something that suits better to a carta dwarf or a vashoth.

Kinda bummer how the elves got these stunning dalish elvhen armors and the rest got basically the same.

Even the NPC's have better armors than the Inquisitor, lmao.

I am glad I look so young.

I think they meant to have companions style themselves, to create that "iconic" look for each of them.

But I do agree, we need more variety for each race. I'm mostly concerned the lack of Skyhold outfit, it should be different for each atleast ugh. ohlawd that Jammies is an abomination! D:

The Inquisitors armors are far from iconic tho.

I don't like the {dwarf elf qunari trained only armor restrictions even though more race specific or inspired deisgns would be cool. BUT only if they weren't restricted to humans or anyone.

It would of also been cool if each character wielded there weapons differently with different animations.

Spoiler

Pretty please??

Love,
Way too Elfy

Isn't that the design of the high keeper robes?
looks like that on a male elf, on a female its different (neria is a special exception in this case). I assume once you have the schematics you can now tint it to the color you want ?

In a way, they are. If you want to look like the head of a Seeker-style organisation those coats and armours are spot on. However, if you want to look a bit lest Chantry, and a bit more individually tailored towards your race and background, that option is less easy to come by.

It might be based upon it. It's Neria the Keeper's armour. On Neria. All of the multiplayer characters are wandering around Skyhold if you look for them.

Of course I want that. I really envy all those silent NPCs who have those nice, race-specific armors.

Don't get me started on those Dwarves in Skyhold wearing what looks like Templar armor, grrrr.

With the advent of the Black Emporium stock, has this raised any other armours which look any better on specific Races? Or Jaws of Hakkon for that matter?

I wouldn't mind if they added some stock later on for exotic Qunari armor, more Elven armor via Dalish styles, Dwarven heavy armors and Carta type, and maybe a human type armor from another country we haven't been. One of each, Like a full set. If not, oh well, just putting my opinion out there. :P

Give me grey warden heavy armor for female qunari.

I'd play the whole 140 hours again...

For Qunari mages I like the mask that they were using in DAII.
