On my second play-through, roughly 80 hours of play time and Im getting bored with the builds. The attribute system is far too dumbed down. Constitution for my mage? No thanks.

Like with all other DA games only one real attribute matters though in this case it's typically just attack %/straight out.

I'm finding skill-builds more annoying than attributes. Almost every class is built around being a damager, with only very specific differences (tank for warrior and barrier-spammer for mage).

That's really true for most games that are RPGs. The only time damage is not the best option is in a game where functionally there is no damage option.
