If you make the other side seem like the aggressor then you can change the perception of the public easier than by responding with violence.

Sure, but you have to get beaten up to do it. One could sway public opinion doing that, but one could also die in the attempt. If you make the other side seem like the aggressor then you can change the perception of the public easier than by responding with violence.

It's better than the alternative of having the public believe that they deserved everything that's been happening to them. If you want to challenge a racial stereotype by acting as the stereotype says you would act then you're not really helping your cause. Think of what the shop owners think of the protesters after their shops have been vandalized, I'm pretty sure it isn't sunshine and rainbows.
If we look back on all of the peaceful civil rights movement we have hundreds of video taped cases of the police beating protesters that were not responding with violence. That does more to galvanize people to fix the issue instead of letting it to continue to fester.

Hopefully they disband the entire police force and hire non crazy racist crackers who want to shoot a brotha' just for the lulz.
Most cops in big cities are racists and hate black people
No one is more full of sh!t than a cop, except a cop on tv.
I can't help but feel that everyone who reads this is actually cursed to have their IQ lowered.
Yes, myself included.

Is that where "the public" perception is? That the abuse inflicted upon the people of Ferguson before they protested or rioted is justified because of the violence and vandalism during the protest that no community leader asked for and that they all specifically condemned? That's interesting. It's better than the alternative of having the public believe that they deserved everything that's been happening to them.

I've found it tends to be that Russia sees America as part of a combined effort to smother Russia.
*sigh* also most humans like to blame somebody else but not themselfs.
year 1985 was a year to remember, it is when economics of the SU collapsed. 30 years later we see a similar situation. And just like in SU, RF have no domestic market, no agricultural industry, no decent manufacturing facilities. 65% of russia's income depends on export of raw resources. such as oil or gas.
this is where you must say something like this: " Those who don't know history are destined to repeat it."
