I preordered ME 2 on Amazon and it said I would get special armor for preordering. However my box didn't come with a special card in it like the special armor did in Dragon age with a code on it. Do I have to do anything special to get the pre-order armor or is it just already in the game?

it should have come with a card. you should try writing to amazon

Amazon sends its pre-order codes by email a few days after release.

Their Dragon Age Pre-order bonus was a pair of boots, the armor in the Dragon Age box everybody got.
