So why are my only choices in the keep that I left Blackwall and revealed Fairbanks? Just a little heads up. Not that it's an issue right now given that there is nothing to do with these world states yet. I'm just going to leave them blank for now and hope there is a fix for it later that doesn't involve me playing through the game again. Though I might do that anyway.
