I've a reoccurring problem with placed doors vanishing from my module.   Every once in awhile--say every ten days or so--a small percentage of placed doors will vanish.  It seems to be just the CEP doors that I use.  It just happened for the fourth time last night, and I'm getting tired of replacing all of them yet again.  As far as I can tell, no other custom content vanishes.  Any idea what could be causing this?

Edit: Not every CEP door vanishes when this happens.  It is always the same doors though.

Have you attempted to place a Different door in those locations?  Preferably not a CUSTOM door even, but a standard door?  If a standard stays around, then attempt to use a slightly different door than what you originally were using and see if that works.

If those options work, then about the only other things I would be checking would be total number of placeables, items etc that are in the mod, IE have you reached the limit?  Or have you changed load order of any of the additional haks?

I've discovered a possible cause.  Loading a small test module without my custom pallet categories and all the other custom content, and then reloading the production module without closing the toolset seemed to cause problems at least some of the time.

Yep, I have run into that sort of thing in the past myself.  If you are in the toolset, building things, adjusting things for a while, most especially without saving your work along the way, sometimes when you hit F9 to build-test, the memory is not adjusted or overridden like it should be.  Basically the old "save often, and restart toolset every so often as well!"
