i enjoyed the game today again.... and did nothing else as only hunt animals together with sera, varric and cole.it was a hunting with bows and arrows and i enjoyed the look on the beautiful environments.like  it was so often before ..i had to laugh about the party banter.

i thought to make a positiv statement to remind other ones that sometimes it needs only the little things to make peoples happy.

Yes; tis difficult to imagine a positive title with a positive message coming from some of the less than positive posters around BSN. Personally, I try for context using previous works.

iam serious...its not sarcastic.just the way i feel....after all what i can read here...

i thought to make a positiv statement to remind other ones that sometimes it needs only the little things to make peoples happy.

if i remember .. all the rpg s i played and enjoyed in the past:

many of them had no party banter..many of them had no dialog options...many of them include no romances and so on.many rpg s had less content.. no mounts....no player housing...but they was enjoyable... today..the rpg s have much more content.. more options ..longer storylines...and so on..but it seems that some people can not be satisfied and that the little things to make someone happy didn't count anymore.

i remember the first rpg where the player could use a mount...yiipiee... that was like christmas + birthday and a happy new year for me all at the same day. it was a innovativ expand for the rpg genre and it was awesome .

the opinions today from many players:  'a rpg with mounts ? who cares!'

many people don't like a mount riding system. it looks like that a mount riding system isn't a positive argument for a rpg anymore.

its the same with other things..another example...first they all wanna have a storage box into the game .. then they got one and after that they got the box  they have nothing better to do as  to complain that they dont like the box... because of different reasons.

these examples are sad and sometimes i feel that it is wrong that player always get what they wanna.because mostly they are ungrateful and spoilt.

instead to enjoy what they got they can't nothing else do as only complain about how bad all is.

(to be philosophical about it)

much is gained in life from having a 'pleasure threshold' that is neither too high, nor too low.

  • If almost anything makes you happy, then you are unable to appreciate examples of finer things.
  • If almost nothing makes you happy, then whilst you may have advanced critical faculties you are doomed to a miserable life.

I think the OP has it right, the environments are gorgeous and it is ok to enjoy them.

Oh, and there's a sequence in one of the trailers riding across Judicael's Crossing.

I love getting on my horse and just galloping back and forth over that bridge.

Good times...
