So would hope to see Dragons, new characters, abilities and especially equipment. Was hoping for a PAX East reveal, but so far no dice :(

Your own imagination does not count as 'rumour'  :P

Oh sorry... I forgot it's not a rumour but a proven fact ;)

I would just settle for more armors for the Qunari.

Thanks for chiming in there bud.
Keep up the good work with MP
SP has me stale after the exploits I used to save time were pulled.

Yes, a multiplayer that isn't broken would be nice.

Also some more content so it doesn't feel like it's tacked on platinum money grab would be nice too.

Bioware needs to do something fast about the lack of DLC for online mutiplayer.  People have been leaving DAMP and moving on to other games.  I, myself have gotten to the point where i will just start to get on DAMP only for the weekend events as the same 3 maps have gotten so boring.

Im actually thinking about going back to playing FFXIV ARR.  The free week play they doing this week (ends early monday morning) has actually made me think about playing the game again.  Mortal Kombat will be coming out soon and that will also pull my attention from DAI too.

Bioware could have had a big hit in DAMP but the lack on anything new for DAMP (and lets be real, the Destruction pack does not count really at all because it added nothing BIG to DAMP), is driving people away from the game. There are tons of areas in the game that could be used for maps on DAMP, but Bioware seems to have no interest in bringing new content to the gamers.  You can only play the same 3 maps, with the same 3 bosses, same 3 difficulity levels, and the same 12 classes, so many times before you just get sick of it.

With Dark Souls 2 coming soon to PS4, MKX coming soon, and a bunch of other games, Bioware will really need to do something big to keep peoples attention on the game (which DAI is really a great game and DAMP could have been so much more but its current state and the very lack of anything new is killing themselves).

I agree, Right now what Bioware has going for them, is a small window, meaning a couple months, lack of AAA games being released atm. Especially ones that appeal to the same demographic.

But coming up, you have Bloodborne for PS4, Neverwinter coming to XBO at the end of the month, and the big one "The Witcher 3" dropping shortly, follow that up with Fable Legends and Elder Scrolls Online.

all these games will eat into the playerbase that is already dwindleing if they dont release at least "something" in the next month or two.

I don't know why everyone keeps thinking that another game will come out and pull all the player base. If we have learned anything with the new generation of consoles, it is that hype is a very bad thing. I'm sure we were all pretty excited about DAI, I haven't even beat SP yet and don't know if I will ever care to. Destiny, huge hype, game sucks. The Order is garbage, Assassins Creed Unity is a giant bug fest. Titanfall is dead, Evole will join it soon enough. I wouldn't get my hopes up so high for Bloodborne or anything else in the next half a year or so, maybe longer.

The game doesn't need a new difficulty or new modes so desperately, IMO. I like the coop PvE in actual levels, rather than another arena MP game.

I'm playing for a while now yet I have a busy life, so with all my more or less average equipment, Perilous versus any of the availible factions as they are is still a solid challenge.

I think the "easiest" way to get players of all levels of advancement some buzz again, would be a whole new world setting with 2-3 progress routes, and a fourth faction (*coughs* Darkspawn).

I'm not saying that there is noone good enough to get bored with Perilous, but I hardly think they are in the majority. New maps and enemies to look at for a change, would bring all players alike a fresh new wind without changing the game system from ground up.

I've played BloodBorne several times and you Sir are wrong.

The hype is real.

However people assuming that everyone who plays Dragon Age is also a huge Dark Souls fan is wrong.

People will leave the multiplayer because it's broken, lacks content and will only be getting match made with themselves.

I had friends who played Destiny beta and thought it would be so much fun, and it turns out they were dead wrong. Hype is not real until the full game is released and general consesus is that it lived up to it. Almost every PS4 game I bought thus far falls into one of two categories, or both. 1 - game is way too short 2 - game is way too repetitive.

*cry of freedom*

Dear god. I hate that game so very much. I had never felt insulted by a video game before. I have never been so hyped by marketing speak and so utterly disappointed afterwards to that degree, ever. If they had marketed it as a fast paced shooter with fun gunplay, fine, but the whole "fallout in space" exploration & lore, new universe blah blah, give me a break.

Friend still hooked for some reason: "You said it's boring, but dude, they changed so much now! In the raid, you have this one thing where you have to jump! This is the most creative level design ever! You know, mechanics that every other shooter ever, has 2-3 times in each level just to shake things up a little! I was conditioned to have the creative expectations of a desk fan!"

...Hype is not real until the full game is released...

This is true, and even hyped games struggle to sustain that hype all the way to release.

Over on the Witcher forums they are already arguing about 'Grass is not as HD as it should be, CDPR lied !!'

Reminded me of BSN  :P

Destiny will most likely always retain the title of biggest video game disappointment of my life. The last straw for me was when they released new powerful exotic weapons but it required you to turn in the old one and grind it all the way back to max again. Doing the same thing over for slightly better models of old guns, great way to get people involved. I try not to get excited about games any longer thanks to the pile of crap Destiny turned out to be.

The state games are in now, I'd go back to the painful playstation graphics (I'm looking at you FF7) in order for better gameplay and a half decent story. But no, let's put all effort into making a gigantic game world that no one wants to waste time exploring, and fancy cut scenes that may look nice but don't really add much to the overall game. Look at DAI, I can't stand the open world. I'm so used to the first 2 where a completionist like myself can try to track down everything and it isn't painfully tedious. It works in Skyrim because that's what I expect from Skyrim. I don't care if I do every single quest because it's so huge and always has been. And developers don't seem to get that what keeps us around is how to game plays. I don't sit there for hours at a time watching how the digital grass blows in the digital wind.

I know of 3 other people plus myself that will be gone from DAI as soon as Neverwinter goes live.  We played the beta on xbox and have been counting down the days til it goes live.

i was playing destiny on and off until they did this. forcing you to reset a weapon you put tons of hours into, just because they knew their next dlc was bare bones is to me the definition of bullsh*t.

also to stay on topic some dlc for this game would go a looooong way right about now. a lot of people i was playing with just a few weeks ago have all but dropped the game because of lack of interest, and these were all guys with several hundred hours into MP so they were definitely hardcore. almost everyone i have talked to wishes this game had the support ME3MP had. even just the weekly balance changes would do wonders for this MP. man i remember looking forward to ME3's balance changes so much every week. i didnt even care if they were gonna nerf skills or guns i used it was always so exciting.

Just me then? Okay...

From the people who have played Bloodborne already, trailers, and other recent official info (I actually preordered with knowing anything about the game), I'm more than hyped. If this is a let down, I can always go back to the disappointment CoD brings year after year xD

On Topic: You can say new games won't eat away at DAIMP's playerbase but there's always a percentage that will move on quickly. Video games are meant for entertainment and fun but, sadly, many games seem to focus on grinding (DAIMP, Destiny, CoD) than actual story, - not The Order: 1886 story - mechanics, and gameplay overall. DAI is lacking in all of those categories.

LOLOLOL two worlds. A friend told me to play it (this is like 5 years+ after xbox360 has been out) I played about 10 minutes and it was so laggy I stopped and never played again. For some reason I thought Two Worlds 2 would be a good game, that one was trash too. Things were good for a half hour then it became impossible to kill anything without trying to kite for an hour at a time. The multiplayer was even worse, I joined a public game against a mage way higher level. Within seconds all I could see was fire englufing my screen causing so much lag it froze my system. Good times.

When I first played Zelda : OoT I was wowed by the graphics, but the jump was so huge I don't think I will be that amazed again. yet this seems to be the biggest concern of developers (looking at you EA. Take out all the game modes I play in NHL but THE JERSEYS FLUTTER WHEN A PUCK HITS THEM OMG. I hate you EA).

I was on the fence about DA:I initially due to the bad taste from DA2 and not paying much attention to the PR but ater playing Destiny I rushed to pre-order DA:I. The biggest thing sustaining me through my early feelings about DAIMP was pretty much "at least it's not Destiny"  Haven't been back to Destiny since DA:I released, though I am tempted a little by needing just a few easy trophies for the plat, but I don't even want to go back for the few days required to do that, lol.

I suppose I'd be more bitter about DAMP if I hadn't touched destiny (lowering my standards for the moment) and had spent longer in MEMP so would end up with high expectations (quit after only a few weeks due to being annoyed about SP and other games coming out). I'm just bothered by the potential of DAMP that hasn't been realised. Maybe BW will improve it vastly over time, but I doubt the playerbase will be there to make it really fun to stick around, so if I do come back for new content, it'll only be for a brief burst. Missed opportunity if it was better from the start, or even quickly improved since this game had the advantage of a lengthy single player to distract people from early MP issues.

Whatever the next new content release is, it better be a lot "more" than what we got in Destruction. I considered that as a minor add-on but if that is considered serious DLC then I'm getting uncomfortable flashbacks of DA2's "content"

I feel like one of the biggest problems (for myself at least) is the lack of a game that I can enjoy for the long term. I used to have those games that after a new game came and went, I would enjoy going back and playing. I have 0 desire to replay the story of any game I own for PS4 and I can't even get through the SP in a lot. I'm barely into the story in DAI but I just don't care that much. When I had my 360 it isn't like the games were all incredible but I got many playthroughs on a lot of games. If I actually got a full month of play from a new game these days I'd be amazed.
