This is a known issue among many players!
It's seems as though many amulet of powers for companions will not spawn ever since Crestwood amulet exploit was patched. But now many amulets are missing from the game such as Viviennes amulet of power from Celene's room where she keeps Brialas locket! Is this intentional if not please fix!!!

I kind of hope they scaled them back, like seriously amulets of power must be more common then most types of food in thedas...

Probably had like 50 by the end, all things considered.

It seems that most of them no longer spawn (or get removed before they can be looted).

In my game, Varric's amulet in Valammar is no longer there, neither of the amulets for Dorian drop in the Approach, and Vivienne's amulet isn't in the Winter Palace anymore.

I expect that most of them will be missing now, but those are the ones I've personally experienced so far. Other people have noted that none of the dragons drop amulets anymore, both of the ones for Cassandra are missing, and the amulet for the player no longer spawns in the Fade (despite being the main reward for the quest).
