I would imagine Morrigan would be ready to throttle poor Merrill after the first thirty minutes of questions about how she got her Eluvian to work again.

I also doubt that Skyhold could contain the sheer amount of adorable that would result from Merrill and Dagna talking shop.

Elrios Maheriel would get along with Varric, Iron Bull, Cassandra, Cullen,Cole and Dorian. He would be pissed about Blackwall's crime and flat out refuse to adknowledge him as Blackwall. Vivienne would get on his nerves and he would view the Shemlen as a typical one.He would joke around with Sera but would most likely end up annoying her with why she doesn't like being an elf. He would be curious about Solas but probably would get fed of him talking down to him and would end up loathing him due to the mage reminding him of his Clan and how he will never meet them again. For the DA2 companions, he wouldn't meet them due to warden duties in Ferelden.

If he found out that Hawke slaughtered his clan, he would walk straight into the nearest entrance of the deep roads and take out his anger on the darkspawn of destroy Skyhold's supplies of training dummies.

None of my PC's would get along I don't think.

My Warden would want to strangle my Hawke to death and would think him as nothing more than an idiot.
My Warden could potentially get along with My Inquisitor but My Warden is an Atheist and Ferelden Patriot whereas My Inquisitor really sells the whole Herald of Andraste thing. My Warden would be extremely suspicious of My Inquisitor and would probably seek ways to move against his Religious and Orlesian leaning organization.

My Hawke would hate that imposter that was at Skyhold and Adamant for trying to steal his identity. And My Warden would hate that guy claiming to be him and writing letters to the Inquisitor on his behalf.

I can't see Sten and Bull getting along, once it became clear about Bull's indulgences and his doubts about the Qun.

My Adaar and my Aeducan would get along amazingly. Both great leaders who aren't afraid to make hard decisions and both fairly serious and determined. I think they'd both get along okay with my Hawke, but I don't think they would love him or anything. I can see Iron Bull loving Oghren, Zevran, and Isabella. I really wanna see Iron Bull and Sten meet.

Lucian Amell wouldn't be pleased with Mage Athena Hawke for saving Flemeth because he killed her for the love of his life Morrigan but her support for mages and helping people will win him over. He would also approve of Athena's decision to kill Anders.

He would be wary when meeting Huntress Selene Lavellan because she sided with the Templars but between allying with the Wardens, saving Empress Celene, taking care of his family and welcoming Morrigan amongst the inquisition and being kind and helpful he would like her.

Athena would like Selene because Carver is a Templar and also because she has seen what red lyirum does to people.

Lucian would think Selene being in a relationship with Cullen is cute and Athena would tease Selene about it, all Lucian would talk about is his family and Athena would be constantly making bad jokes.

Warden William Cousland and Inquisitor Eliza Trevelyan are distantly related. They met once briefly when Eliza was a small child, though she can't remember this. Eliza greatly respects William, but William believes she's too political and is annoyed by the fact that she freed Blackwall from prison and allowed him to stay with the Inquisition after his deception. But William is grateful to Eliza for taking care of Morrigan and Kieran for him and allowing them to have the run of Skyhold. I would consider their relationship to be a professional one between equals.

Though he refuses to acknowledge Blackwall, William gets along well with everyone in the Inquisition except for maybe Vivienne (mostly due to his involvement with Morrigan and how they raise their son).

William and Diana Hawke met once and they are friends who exchange letters occasionally while William is on his quest to combat the Calling. Diana was never short on comedic quips, which William found entertaining as it kept his mind off of worrying about his family while he was away from them. Diana was aware of his whereabouts during the events of DAI, but respected his wishes to be left out of it.

Diana thinks Eliza is way too serious.

 As for my LadyHawke...

Hawke and Cassandra could form a wonderful friendship. It would start out a bit rocky, I think. Cass being a Seeker and what her order was supposed to stand for could make Hawke feel like they (and, by extension, Cassandra herself) were to blame for the hell that broke loose in Kirkwall. However, if given time to get past that, I think they'd find a lot in common. Both are strong, driven women. As a dual-wield rogue, Hawke synergies well with warriors too. They would be battle buddies and good friends by the end of it.

Hawke and Varric are friends. I once played as a Hawke that rivaled Varric, which was interesting. In many ways, Varric could feel the same way about a Rival Hawke as he does for this one, who is his friend. I like to think that Varric sees past her rough edges and sees the side of her that is fiercely loyal and protective of her loved ones at the end of the day. Also, that Hawke gets away with lots of her nefarious activities by simply being beautiful.

Hawke and Solas would be a weird one. Solas sees humans as simple, crude, and thuggish. Ilda Hawke would do nothing to dispel that stereotype. Then again, she is a symbol of the mage rebellion, vanquished Qunari, and antagonizes the Grey Wardens. If Fen'Harel's main virtue is rebellion as some have speculated, then Hawke would make for a perfect "acolyte." At the same token, though, she does not exactly share his beliefs on any of those subjects, despite what her actions may indicate. I think Solas would initially revere Hawke, only to find that he liked her legend more than he actually likes her.

Hawke and Vivienne would not go well. Hawke being Fereldan-turned-Marcher, symbol of the mage rebellion, very direct (would make for an awful Game player), and not very glamorous at all... Vivienne would surely stick up her nose at Hawke, and Hawke would fire back at her insults. I wonder if Vivienne could not eventually come to respect Hawke, though. I mean, she opens up to freakin Cole in the end.

Hawke and Sera would probably be cool with each other. Sera is Red Jenny. Hawke is like Red Jenny+++

Iron Bull would really like Hawke, I suspect. She bested the Arishok, for one, who revered her. Hawke would make an excellent Ben Hassrath agent.

Hawke would perhaps earn Blackwall's ire for being such a scoundrel. That was the basis of her well-documented Rivalry with Aveline. After the truth comes out with him? Hawke would perhaps call him on his hypocrisy. Then again, she may find him easier to like once the self-righteousness is washed away.

Hawke would react poorly to Dorian, at first, him being a Tevinter mage and her having romanced Fenris. You cannot hate Dorian for very long, though.

Hawke would likely not take kindly to Cole, feeling like the spirit of Justice ruined Anders, but Cole would sense lots of scars on her soul and offer kind words nonetheless. It would be pretty illuminating, were I to write this as a story (the gears are turning here).

Hawke would likely be a diplomatic hassle for Josephine. HawkeXCullen could have been a thing had a broody elf not snatched her up already.

Leliana and Hawke would probably have some professional respect for one another, as two elite assassin ladies.

Alistair and Wynne are dead.

Oghren would endlessly flirt with Hawke, and she would despise it.

Zevran would endlessly flirt with her, and she would enjoy it, privately wishing to share him with another elf.

Shale... "Let's crush some heads and watch the blood fountain up into the air. That's a girly thing to want to do, right?" Yeah, they would get on VERY well. A team of Hawke, Shale, and Cassandra would just need the right mage to be a glorious four-woman demolition team.

My Warden Commander Amell, would probably get along with his Hawke cousin. Mainly because they're both mages, have a humorous personallity, they both have seen the good and bad sides of the Templars. They also, both share an interest in men with pointed ears.

My Warden would hate Vivienne, because she's just another politician looking out for herself. Yet, he'd showed much respect for Solas. One, because he a grew up with elves in the tower. Two, my warden loved reading elven lore. Cullen and my Warden would show respect for each other now, something they never would of done ten years ago.

Fenris would hate my Warden, or at least not easily trust him. I'd say Ogren would like Dorian and Bull, due to their love of ale.

Lavellan respects the Warden, seeing him as a hero, as Lavellan would of been just a boy during the blight.

I thought this was ME crossed with DA, which is what I will go with so I can say:

Commander Shepard would renegade punch Sera so hard and so many times, the stupid elf twit would become nothing but a pool of omni-gel.

The OP never mentioned ME.....

Then again, Renegade Shep would punch a lot of people in DA.

My Shepard would take both Sera and Viveinne and smash their heads against each other so hard they would merge and create this abomination that would make the reapers flee in terror, saving the galaxy :D

I based my post off of the title of the thread; then I read the OP's post. I don't have much to say about DAO-DAI interactions. I just want to murder Sera in as many ways as possible.

A hypothetical meeting between Shale and Cadash, where they address the obvious elephant Golem in the room;

Shale: It is a Cadash, is it not?

Cadash: It is... I mean, I am a member of the Cadash family, why?

Shale: I came from that house, back when I was still a squishy mortal...

Cadash: Are you pulling my leg?

Shale: Does it want me too, I do enjoy ripping limbs off from time to time?

Cadash: No, I mean... you're saying you're Shayle? The Shayle?! The woman who became a Golem?

Shale: That was the woman I was.

Cadash: But you... you're just a story, a family legend? You can't be real?

Shale: Evidentally I am.

Cadash: I need some time to process this... this is surreal! Y'know I had a golem teddy bear named after you when I was young?

And in which we find out that some things apparently run in the family;

Shale: It thinks that I should feel some sort of warm and fuzzy feelings of kinship towards it?

Cadash: I guess you don't, huh?

Shale: Aside from our distant relation, I doubt we have much in common?

Cadash: I suppose not. It's fine, most of my relatives don't particularly like me anyway...

Shale: Because of it's silly hair and it's eyes are too close together?

Cadash: No! What's wrong with... anyway, they don't like me because of my "attitude problem".

Shale: Has it threatened to crush their windpipes yet?

Cadash: And then there's the more traditional and uptight relatives who have disowned me for the whole Herald thing... if they found out I'm sleeping with the Iron Bull, you'd probably be able to hear the tutting from the Free Marches?

Shale: It means to tell me that it having nighttime excersions with the shirtless and well-muscled Qunari?

Cadash: Uh... excursions at night and during the day too sometimes, why?

Shale: I demand that it tells me everything...

I honestly think my human-hating Tabris would end up killing Sera.  Possibly Vivienne too.  He'd most likely get into a fight with Cassandra and he'd be really pissed off at Blackwall post-reveal (though, tbh, I'd think that Wardens would be able to sense each other as well as darkspawn, so it might not be a surprise to him).

I could definitely see him getting along with IB and Solas.  Varric would probably make a comment about him being more broody than Fenris, though they'd probably still be friends.

As for Cole and Dorian......... idk.  Cole would probably bring up certain aspects of my Tabris' past that he would prefer not being brought up, but I think he'd, at the very least, understand that Cole is trying to help.  My Tabris wouldn't really want his help, though, since his basically uses the events of his past as something to fuel him in combat.

And Dorian........ well, I'd think that the fact that he's Tevinter would really be huge thing between them, despite his being a pariah (remember Caladrius?).  Other than that............ I honestly have no idea.

In my canon play-through: My Adaar, Hawke, and Amell would get along just fine. They all kept the well-being of the common in mind, have a propensity for bad jokes, and thoroughly doted on their respective Lady Loves. They're also all mages and would probably use their magic for some incredible mischief.

In my "primary alternative" play-through: My Lavellan would get along well with Hawke and Merrill. She and Merrill would work to recover what ancient knowledge they could, especially with the help of the Inquisition's resources. Lavellan would ask Hawke about any of Cullen's embarrassing moments. Neither Hawke nor Lavellan would get along that well with Cousland though. There would be a tentative respect, but little else.

Regardless of playthrough, Fenris would be very hostile toward Dorian, but he might get along well enough with Krem. They'd probably just get drunk together.

Aveline would compliment Cassandra on her fighting style, character arc, general personality & function within her group.

Big fan of all these things herself.

They may disagree on hairstyles, though.

I desperately need Zevran, Iron Bull, Isabela, Sera, and Dorian to be locked in a room with a hairbrush and a goat. Think of the mayhem. (Because, ya know... "I hope it involves chains. I hope they ask me to join!")

Imagine Bull and Fenris bonding over how shitty life on Seheron was. Yes pls.

Or MERRILL AND BULL because she loves dirty jokes and thinks qunari dudes are sexy! And we all know Bull loves pretty things. (Uh, he'd probably be less fond of the demon stuff, though.)

(...I'm beginning to think I just want Bull to hang out with everyone ahahaha oops.)

Merrill and Cole would be fun to see together, they'd probably spend the entire evening discussing the Fade, Spirits and talking in random non sequiturs? Or playing the most epic game of hide and seek Skyhold has ever seen? Or swinging from the chandeliers while Vivienne looks on disapprovingly?

My Surana would take one look at my Hawke and my Lavellan and ask "why so seriously". She would think them both horrible stick in the mud who needs to get laid.

She would be wary of Cole, and take one look at Anders/Justice realise that he was Anders/Justice and run screaming before somebody start lecturing her on mage freedom and responsibilities. Again.

She would get along swimmingly with Varric. And be annoyed if a Little impressed with Vivenne. She would find Solas fascinating and wise, but properly think he needs to loosen up a Little.

She would drag Blackwall to the side and tell him that being a Warden sucks and he shouldn't apsire to that.

My Hawke would take one look at my Suruana and then start lecturing her about Stepping up for her people. She respects my Lavellan for helping the mage rebellion and being a mage, but she is wary of the Whole Andraste thing.

Had Cassandra ever suceeded to meet her and ask her to be Inqusitor, my Hawke would have killed her on the spot.

She would also have murdered Vivienne and Wynne for being traitors to the mages.

She would been disgusted by Oghren.

My Lavellan admires my warden, but would have been dissapointed if she met her in real life. She thinks my Hawke an agent of Chaos an is actually a Little afraid of her.

She would ask Wynne endless question about Faith, but would evenutally be irritated by her nagging. S

he would be disgusted by Oghren.

My Head canon is that she was actually pretty close friends with Merrill and would support her efforts in restoring the elvuvian.
