Muscles don't really matter as much, they're extremely subjective. I like men as well as women and I find muscly men a bit of a turn off.
But a lack of symmetry in the face can be considered ugly.

Girls don't like it when you be yourself, just say whatever it takes to get your approval up. Map quicksave and quickload to mousebuttons 4 and 5 and fully explore her dialogue tree. Only then will her special heart option appear. Girls only like boys who metagame like fak tbh.

It's not always clear cut. I have met women who missed the men they dated just because they liked the drama when their men treated like them ****.
-no job is a big one, the lady coming home in the summer while the dude is still in socks and tanktop while occupying the air conditioner is frustrating.
-no car isn't really an issue if you know how to move.
-stay at home son is a dubious one, what if she wants to see you and the mom stay up bringing you sandwiches?
-no confidence depends on the girl, some women like men submissive.
-poor hygiene depends.
-no muscles depends.
-feminize voice isn't usually an issue.
