In this day and age, I don't want to provide for women.
I want women to provide for me.

I kinda stopped reading when I read: '' of course I would like that he works and can provide for me''.
Provide for you? Are you a kid?
Lol, its the end of her post thats important. And anyway, people want what they want, if she wants to be provided for thats her prerogative.^This too, my sides. Lmaoooooooooooooooooo.

Also, What are your guys thoughts on full body vs split routines? Im currently on a full body routine, since I have plenty of time for it. Its mostly compound movements but with some isolation mixed in. But I kind of want to try a split, maybe in a few months since I have never done one before.
Thoughts?
I did full body when I was getting back into heading to the gym, to make sure everything feels comfortable, in relation to performing the exercises. I prefer to isolate the muscles I'm working on, like today - did 5 sets of back, then 3 for my biceps, since those intertwine in the movements and exercises.
I wouldn´t mind the missus to provide for me. I could become full day weight lifter. ![]()
That's me. I like em slender. I think Channing Tatum is gross. I mean, I like definition, but not muscle mass. Like Jared Leto (not Dalla Buyer's club, that's just unhealthy) or Adrien Brody.
I think I'm in the minority, though. Most of my girlfriends disagree with my taste in men.
I think he's hot.
I like muscles on a guy but not too much. His amount of muscles is about the most I would tolerate. Any more and I wouldn't find them attractive anymore.

I´ve been doing full body now after the accident but my normal routine requires slip training days. I couldn´t reach the intensity otherwise. Early years I did about four days/two hours per day set but then I have found that the three day/1,5h works too.

I'm independent enough! But I've had FOUR brain surgeries which has caused me to have memory problems so I can't work anymore! Excuse me for wanting a guy who provides for me while I provide for the home etc.!
Do the two of you have a ****** problem with that, you and Wayward? !
FOUR brain surgeries
... that sounds like quite a story.

Interesting. Im really not sure. Tbh though, I haven't plateaued yet and I am still seeing noob gains, plus with my young age pretty much any training should work for me, right? So I think Im just gonna stick with what I know for now.I´ve been doing full body now after the accident but my normal routine requires slip training days. I couldn´t reach the intensity otherwise. As long as the contribution from both partners are fair to the relationship, I have no problem with that setup, but I've seen that situation being taken advantage of too often.

Never said you were and I don't believe anyone called you lazy OWA. Again, just basing it off my own experience and through relationships I've seen. Just do you
Will somebody just make me a god damn sandwich and send it to me through email please? Thx.
Just remember, you can never imagine what a person likes until you see him in his underwear...

I would suggest isolation workouts, for example. Say you workout 5 times a week - work chest or whatever muscle 3 times that week, but do 3-5 sets, depending on how comfortable your own body is with that intensity. I would highly suggest doing full body for a while, till your body is used to it. Have you ever done drop sets or anything related to that?
Also, deadlifts.
deadlifts.
deadlifts.
You will see gains.
Relax and untwist your panties, I'm not interested enough to make it my problem, I just found it a curious request for a potential partner to provide for something that is neither a pet nor a kid. And I was born with a woefully bad memory by the way.Do the two of you have a ****** problem with that, you and Wayward? !

The program I am on uses undulating periodization to vary up my set rep ranges. I have some experience with drop sets and super sets too. And yes, I deadlift! Though its not something I particularly enjoy.I would suggest isolation workouts, for example. Yeah, maybe try those rep ranges in just one muscle group, but more sets? See how that goes for a month or so and see if you gain/lose anything. Just make sure to keep stretching, keep warm and focus on form.
