This was exactly what I was hesitant about, not being able to bind the auto attack to a mouse button. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? With or without mods.
Possible to bind right click to auto attack?

I believe mouse binding comes with the next update currently in beta. I find it very strange that they didn't just create a checklist toggle in the gameplay option menu for "auto-attack" like they did in DA2.

I'd like an option to disable hold to click altogether and make auto-attack standard for the attack key, just like past Dragon Age games. I don't understand why it hasn't been like this since the beginning.

Console + time + budget + Christmas season + relative importance to sales + mind altering drugs + mediocrity + "awesome button" + Skyrim = answer
Its coming apparently. ![]()

You could use a program like X-mouse button control to do this. I use it to map v to the side mouse button.

Oh really? I guess I'll wait then.

Not sure if I get the point of this new auto-attack keybinding. Whatever you choose, it still doesn't unbind it from left-click hold-down.
