I have been using the Barrow tile set.

To the left is in the tool set, to the right the same area in game. Can anybody think why the tile might see a different floor texture in game to the tool set? I'm using Kamal's pack but that is really only a set of 2da's it's the model that calls the texture.

I have the tile sets in the over ride folder at the moment while I sort out the ones I need. Nothing related to tiles is in the hak or campaign folder as far as I can see though i am checking that even as I type this out.

If anyone has any thoughts :)

That's most likely a 2da issue. If the toolset/game doesn't know what texture to try to use, it uses the default texture. The default for all tilesets is the castle interior.

At least you don't have the rainbow missing texture texture :-)

It does seem to be the case. After much fiddling I have got the issue to sort of fix. It seems to matter where the 2da is, it cannot sit in the over ride.

I have one residual issue at the moment. That is the missing texture file on the textured column and plinth. I can see the texture suggesting it is either the tint map or the normal map missing. I can see a normal map in the set but no tint map. I will ahve a look at that this evening and see if that is it.

Possibly missing texture, fixable by redownloading the barrows tileset and copying all the textures over.

Well that's odd, because that's where I put the 2da files during testing.

It does not seem to like it for me

There may be other stuff going on though,

Out of interest does your barrow set have a tint map for the stone texture. I'm getting a missing texture and I think I have everything from the download.

I thought I did include tint mapping on at least parts of the barrow set, but I don't have it handy at the moment.

Ed.: Yes, all of the textures have a tint map (except for the black texture). I really should have made them DDS files, rather than TGA. Maybe I'll make a revision...

Ed2: Okay, I updated the texture files using what I've learned since that time. The download is a lot smaller now and the specular reflectivity is more realistic.
